I just want an official list of who's interested is all. Explain NEEWD to me. In detail, please. Gah..post got eaten. Take 2. NEEWD is quite simply, a section withing a section. Like the other sections, it has a simple purpose, and a small number of agents who belive in/specialize in that purpose. However, due to the subject matter of NEEWD {basically weapons development and research}, instead of being it's own section, it is merely one of three divisions of S-13, because S-13 handles all the secret stuff/ stuff that some but not too many agents are interested in. Anyone can join NEEWD, as long as they show an interest. Also, despite the fact that I havn't been entirly successful, it is my goal for NEEWD to have at least one constant rp at a time, to promte interest and activity. The goals of NEEWD itself are fairly simple: Understanding and improving the weapon technology of the GIB, and Gaia in general so that should the situation call for it, we'll be able to defend whoever needs defending. Plain and simple, eh?

S13 is the most popular of the sections. So, I divided into three already in semi-existence.... to each group, I assigned a head.... who reports to me.
This way, I do less work. <3 It was brilliant, really.
All the info is in the section listing, love.
