Guys.....Go to Barton Town in zOMG and head over to Nicolai. Look over towards the gate. What's that in the corner? Yep. Another GIB NPC apparantly.....just one that doesn't give you missions apparantly.
Edit: Nelson is NOT a GIB NPC.

At least this thread can be used for future reference for more people who thought like me. People in the guild thought he was too. We knew we had an NPC in the game and we thought it was him. I think someone asked a developer. All I know is that someone asked a Gaian Staff Member and we found out that he wasn't the NPC.

All I wanna know is why they didn't ask permission D: Well...technically...it's their game to beginwith, and we never copy-righted the GiB...and technically, according to the ToS, I belive anything user made posted online automatically becomes owned by Gaia...
