it could b a coinkidink mabe it was a blackout, a similar thing happened to me the other day, i was yelling at the dog 4 eating the trash and i was relly mad at her then suddenly the burner on the stove short circuted

Maybe it was people next door, or people upstairs.
Though this might not be it, it could just be coincidence, but the black out could have been a poltergeist. Actual poltergeist's are small children, about 5 or below, it's something to do with electro magnetic pulses or something similar sounding to that with a child, and when a young child of those ages tend to make things happen such as light bulbs smashing, or things flying off shelves. Poltergeist's only ever occur in houses with small children.
