what r some things that your BD do when they r mad?
Ex #1:
My BD got so made at our tuba section(my section) that he through a drum stick at us!
Ex #2:
Our BD got made at the trombone and baritone sections b/c they wouldn't shut up he said, "Shut the h*** up or i'm gonna come over there and kick all your a**es!"
Now that was a funny sight.

In Middle school i had a friend who sat there and played Gameboy whenever he forgot his trumpet. One day our BD at the time took his gameboy and threw it at the wall it was funny as hell.
Our High school BD isnt as fun he just kicks stands around.

Ours would sometimes just yell and then make that whole section play the hardest part of the song that we were trying to play.

All of my past BDs have thrown the baton.
Numerous times, might I add.
And we all get quiet {except for the last time, no one respects him.}

oh my gosh eek he gives you the most disappointing, death stare on the face of the earth! if he just talks to for a minute with that disapointing tone, you'll fee horrible the entire day!

my last one at my old school, Mr. Kitchell, he would get REALLY, REALLLLLLY, red in the face and would yell like crazy.....then everyone he was and wasn't yelling at would look like deer in headlights...its soooo funny...when your NOT gettin yelled anys. smile and at my new high school, Mr. Hurd, he does the same thing, but no one here really cares. smile And there is one difference...Mr. Hurd throws stands, not at people thought lol he just throws them. lol

If he's really pissed, he'll chuck the baton at the offender. And yell. A lot.

In middle school, my BD throws Batons at people, breaks stands. In high school, rite now.. my BD makes us to play a section in the music again again and again until he is calmed down then we know a lecture will be there at the end of the class.

My band director either throws batons or just gets really pissed off at people. And he has been the band director for over thirty years so he knows how to make people feel bad. I have yet to be on the receiving end of that though. (thank god.)

our band director isn't too bad, but he's told us stories about his band directors that got fired for beating up a student (who was also a football player)

We have 12 people in our class and of course they are all the rebels, doesn't cares, and about three people that are really nerdy and care about practicing and stuff. With that our band director yells, gets blood red, makes you play something over and over, makes you sign this book called "Had a bad day?" If he is REALLY mad, and he does a whole bunch of other stuff. He gave up on our class the last month of school....finally....we had a beginning band concert and instead of practicing together and getting really good he just let us do whatever and got mad at us when he wanted. (he needs to take anger management classes) He screamed and made me sign this book for laughing....LAUGHING....of all things!!!!!

Before we had a director change, my old director was so mad at the seniors that he literally threw a chair over the band. I s**t you not!!! It was the last second to last rehearsal for the senior concert and the seniors all decided to skip. That was a scary day!

Sit there and say "Hey guys, we're not getiin' anywhere, you better cut it out...." and a few minutes later.... "Hey guys, I'm really irritated..." and then a another set of moments later he starts crying and we're all like wtf?
