Hmm, how do you tell people to join your guild ?
You should try the Guild Annoucements to guild members, so they could be more active and If you want people to join just advertise the guild in some forum where you can do that ;D

I really do like this guild, it's very homey.
You keep things moving along and well updated, and that's key to keeping a guild running.
My only suggestion is presentation. Maybe hire someone with good HTML/ CSS skills to make a front page layout. Fill it with drawings and logos and stuff.
Also, the forums were a little confusing to me, at first. Maybe organize the categories and everything a little differently?

Holy Tempest I really do like this guild, it's very homey.
