Maybe an archive of online Poly resources? There's a lot out there, and Mame posted a bunch... I honestly don't know if the guild would be that interested, yet though.
I don't see why there would be any kind of rush to decide and allocate subforums... just take things as they come, then we won't waste gold or have an overcluttered guild (which tends to make people use it less, apparently)
archive, yeah, that's a possibility too.
as to subforums, it's the only thing we have we can spend gold on that get gets donated directly to the guild.
Eh... I'm not overly concerned or attached to getting this done or anything like that, but I don't know if you understand what I mean. I meant more of a list of links to off-site resources like videos, articles, URLs of interest. In a sense that's an archive, but I'm not sure on what you are talking about archiving...
As for gold determining how many subforums we have... uh... IF (key word) the clutter from having too many subforums for ease of use is bad for the guild (you guys decide that), then we still have the option of just not spending the gold yet. The gold isn't going anywhere, anyway, so moving even very slowly is definitely an option (or not making excess subforums at all)
Just organizational stuff. I'm good with whatever you people decide, really... but I've seen lots of guilds atrophy from threads getting lost in subforums and things just being uncomfortably complicated.
