I've been wanting a new avi based around the Scottish item-thing with its "wig" form and the cape of the Putin.
I do not care if it's color-coordinated; I just need it to look menacing... and possibly drunk.
Other items I thought looked neat with it were the Tote yellow teeth form and the scar that forms an X over the face.
Here's my Enviro just in case you want to fiddle around with my items.
Price range: No more than 300k which includes the above items except for the Tote which I already have.
