As stated above, invites are 75 gold per person accepted by your invite.
You are unable to invite new members unless you are a crew member of this guild, but if you ask someone to join and they do, you will receive your payment.
The people that you invite should not post here, but they should post in the "welcome to our guild thread" posted by perrian.
They should also say how they found the guild.
