I've been looking for a lifeline... The best thing to do is get alot of rest and drink plenty of liquids. 3nodding ...for what seems like a lifetime.

It could be the dreaded... you know what. I'm getting tired of people saying it.
OK, that part was just to scare you. Put some Vicks on your nose. It helps it open up.

just dont over react ... if the symptoms progressed aggressively from the first notice of being ill then you should consult your doctor. You have to realize that our immune systems have no defense against the new strain of influenza and if you were to catch it your body would be overwhelmed by it inducing all sorts of things from body pain , vomiting, and diarrhea.
