The sun set off in the west, giving the clouds that littered the sky a vermilion hue that streaked across the over-worldly canvas as if at random. Wildlife could yet not be found if one gazed across the vast expanse of land out towards the horizon, even if one looked in all directions. Yet was the keyword. The creatures of the Klasm Mountain Range and lower eastern plains, known as the forever plains for their tendency to seem to stretch out to the edge of the world itself, were slowly waking up from their daily slumber and would quietly sneak out into the darkness after this time of twilight. If one, however, looked across the upper edge of the mountain range on this night, one would have seen a lone figure, picking his way down the frontal edge of Klasm's main cliff. Their were hardly any paths that led up and down the bluff, most of them being hundreds of miles apart from each other, and so it was not uncommon to see someone trying to scale the escarpment. What was uncommon was the fact that they were trying to do it alone, and without equipment.
Voltre Lustral made his way cautiously down the face of the Klasm mountain range. His arms ached with pain from supporting his body and all of his equipment as his inched his way down, a trip that he thought would take him less than an hour and had actually taken him a better part of the day. He had made progress though, and only had a couple hundred feet left to climb down of the wall's almost one thousand foot height.
"Ah, finally, somewhere to rest," the young man sighed as he reached a small plateau. It wasn't much, but the outcropping allowed Voltre to rest his back up against the wall without fear of loosing his footing. If he balled himself up small enough, the man could have possibly sat there.
Voltre took out his water can from a pouch on his belt and gazed at the beautiful sun set. This is going to be the last time i get to see the sun like this, he thought as he gulped down a mouthful of water. He was from the region and had enjoyed many a sunset from atop the mountains vast shelf with his father after long days of mining. Twilight, though had a foreboding meaning to the youth as well. The nocturnal beasts of the Forever Plains would soon be out and hunting, and if Voltre didn't make his way down the cliff safely and set up camp before dark, he would have his work cut out for him setting up and securing a place to rest for the night.
Knowing it was best to keep moving, Voltre picked himself off the wall and turned back around slowly, as to not slip and fall. He moved has fast as he could traversing the next few hundred feet of rock. One false move meant certain doom, and Voltre could afford to loose his life only days into his grand adventure.
Nearing the last fifty feet or so, Voltre paused and pulled out a small shard from another one of his pouches. It was an etherium crystal, one of the rarest substances in the world, and it fit neatly in the center of his palm. The man eyed the crystal and gripped it tightly while clinging to the cliff with his other hand. "Lets see what kind of power you hold," he whispered to the shard. His father had told him that the etherium crystals were what helped the new airships float. The material was supposed to heave the ability to make things lighter or heavier if one knew how to use it. Voltre had been practicing using the crystal over the last few days. He had accomplished making himself feel lighter, but he wasn't sure if he exactly was lighter. The most he had done was jump off a small pile of boulders, and after he had landed, had come to the conclusion that the stone had either done little or nothing at all to the man. Still, Voltre wanted to test the stone, and unlock its secrets. His imagination had run wild when his father had told him what this stone could do, and Voltre had big dreams.
Still clutching the stone tight within his hand, Voltre turned himself around, so that he was now facing away from the cliff. Looking down, Voltre got goose bumps. It wasn't that he had been afraid of heights, on the contrary, Voltre had lived on top of the mountains all his lift and loved to stare off the side of many a cliff. No, Voltre was anxious to try out his newest toy, the etherium. The young man took a deep breath, and exhaled. His father told him he would need complete concentration to use the stone. "Lend me your power, oh etherium crystal," he whisper to the stone.
Voltre took one more deep breath, and then jumped. The rush of air whipping across his face caused his heart to race as the pull of gravity forced him down. In the first few seconds of the jump, Voltre could not feel anything. He was still just as heavy as before. "I need to concentrate more," he said to himself, and he tried blocking out all of his sensations, tried to ignore the wind through his hair, the lack of ground beneath his feet. A couple of more seconds past, and the ground was still approaching as fast as normal. "Oh s**t!" Voltre yelled.
The crystal was not working, and the jump was not going end in a soft landing. Fear coursed threw his blood now, and the young man regretted making the jump in the first place. He had four seconds left in the air.
How in the world could I be so stupid, he thought to himself. Three seconds left, and then the ground would catch up with him.
Why in the world isn't the stone working? flashed briefly through his mind. Two seconds, and a world of pain would be there to greet him.
"AAAAHHHHHH!" the young man yelled as he fell the last few feet and he closed his eyes. One second left.
And then... nothing. No pain. No crunch of his bones, no splat of his head bursting on impact, nothing.
Voltre opened his eyes. The ground sat below his, inches from his face. He was floating in mid air. "What in the -" he started to say, but then gravity seemed to turn on again and he fell on his face.
"Ow!" he exclaimed as he reached up for his nose, which had taken the brunt of the impact. the etherium crystal dropped into his lap as he sat up and moved his hand up to his face. The last bit of light from its center flickered out as it reached his pants. Voltre caught the sight out of the corner of his eye, and snatched the shard out of his lap, forgetting about the pain in his nose. He raised the shard up to eye level, examining it.
"Did you -" he started to ask, but was once more cut short, this time by the pain in his face. He dropped the crystal once more into his lap.
After dealing with his injuries, Voltre got up and put the shard back into its pouch on his belt. It was still light out, although barely and so the young man still had time to throw together a campsite. Without another word, Voltre built himself a fire up alongside the face of the Klasm Mountain Range. The light from the fire would keep most of the creatures from the surrounding area at bay during the night, but it would also serve as a beacon to those friendly in the area.
Tomorrow, I head for Avos, Voltre thought to himself as he curled up next to the fire. Like all nights so far on his journey, the young man thought this one would be long and lonely.

Watching the falling sun set in the distance, the glow as it was about half way hidden by the farther sky line, Shane was sitting on a small patch of rock over hanging a steep fall. Shane didn't know how long until he would have to go before finding a safer area to camp on, he had his sword over his shoulder and held it with one hand even though the sword in a battle stance, you use both hands, but when Shane was relaxed he could check his blade and get a balance out of it before a possible fight. Shane then looked down, a drop it was and he was thinking that the small rock he was on, wasn't going to hold.
He sat up and looked where he had came from, the small stepping area he could just about step on, and it was the same around the other side, but there was a corner blocking the rest of the view, he was hopping that he would find solid ground he could trust. He put his back to the wall and started to edge across and after going about three feet away from his rock, Shane heard a cracking and turned back to it to find that the rock had started to loosen and fell to the emptiness below. Shane turned back and continued to 'edge' along with a smug smile knowing that he was just a moment away from falling himself.
Shane slowly made his way to the edge of the corner, he slowly went around and saw that there was more solid ground in front of him, he couldn't make it by going across, he had only one choice. Shane took a deep breath and closed his eyes, he opened his eyes and jumped but his lucky streak from the rock had just ran out as he could only make it to the edge, he was left hanging on with both arms over the edge, he started to pull and lift himself over almost lost his hands, twice, but just found the strength to pull himself up. Again he found himself in a narrow breathing place.
Shane looked off the edge and saw that the drop was, by the looks of it, meet by rocks, so he knew that he wouldn't have made it if he fell. He sat back down to catch his breath, he then closed his eyes and lifted his head. He brought his head back down to where he still had to go but he couldn't see anything to hold him, great, after saving himself twice he now had nowhere to go. He stood up and walked over to the edge, noting below him he could climb down to. He took off his armoured gloves, but with noting to stick he wasn't going to do anything.
He then wondered what he would do now with nowhere to go, he heard something above him, flickering fire or something that would burn, most fires meant someone was up there even if this person would attack him, it was worth a rick like that. He took off the rest of his armour and wrapped it up with his cape and jagging out of the wrapping was his sword, he wrapped it around his chest with the belt for his sword. Before sitting up and starting he looked up and saw faintly the light of the fire, locking up the belt to wrap around, he put both hands together to warm up and then started to climb.
He climbed slowly trying to find each rock in the growing darkness, after finding a rock he would just climb a small bit. He was about half way when he found that his load was getting heavier and heavier as he got higher using most of his strength. As his power was all but gone he found that his hand wasn't holding a rock but noting at all and as he lowered his hand found the ground of the area above him, but without energy to pull himself up found that with one of his last breaths would be at the side of a cliff hopping that a lit fire could be a moment of peace. He opened his mosth and at that moment he could only say "Hello, a bit of help?" even if they heard he hadn't many high hopes.

He had thought he was on level with the Forever Plains, but apparently he wasn't. Just outside the ring of light his fire had provided him, Voltre heard a voice. It was too deep to be a female, and it sounded in distress by the way it called for help. What in the hell could that be? he thought to himself, slowly picking himself up off the ground and grabbing his cane off its holster on the back of his belt.
Save for the stars in the sky, there was nothing else around to light up the area other than the fire. There was no moon this night, and so outside the small globe the light source created one was met with complete darkness. How anyone could make its was through it was Voltre's best guess. The young man grabbed a log from the fire in his left hand and used its burning end as a torch. Slowly making his way out towards the edges of his small sanctuary, Voltre waved the torch back and forth to try to see what he could.
The Forever Plains started to roll into hills a little before they completely reached the Klasm Mountain Range, and the visual effect produced made the hill tops appear to meld together and form its own level of land without one being any wiser that there were pockets in between them. That fact alone was what probably threw Voltre off as he made his way down the mountain.
The young man realized his error once he reached the edge of the small plateau he was on. His torch light found ground all the way up until it found the ledge. He then realized he still had about another hundred or so feet to go until he made it down to the actual plains.
A sound came from his right, and Voltre turned to find a man, half naked holding onto the ledge for dear life. The man had a heavy pack with him. Holstering his cane instantly, the young man rushed and slid over to the man, catching his wrists and pulling him up onto the ledge with a little more effort than it had taken him to pull himself up over similar ledges. Voltre had left the torch back where he had originally saw the man, and so its light, coming from behind his guest, made it near impossible to make out the mans features.
Not hesitating in the least, Voltre rushed back to the outer most point of the larger fire's ring, producing the same effect on himself. As he had rushed back, he redrew his cane with his right hand and fingered the sword laying behind his left shoulder blade with the other hand. He crouched slightly, pointing the cane out before him, ready for the unknown guest if it decided to attack. He ignored the sound of metal scrapping metal as the mans heavy pack came crashing down next to him.
He had no clue what to make of this, and so he asked, "Who, or what are you? And stay still while you answer or my blade will cut fine lines through you." His threat was not empty.

Shane was greeted, in a way by someone, but didn't take any time to try and make out the face of who ever helped him. He was lifted over the edge and he was ready to start burst laughing knowing that he had narrowly passed death three times now. He dropped the 'bag' full of armour and it let out the clashing of it all. He was still near the edge when he sat down and put himself down on the ground.
Shane turned at the camp to see the silhouette of who ever saved him holding out their sword or what ever he use be it also a type of staff or anything else in that shape. He wasn't going to fight someone who had just saved him and he wasn't going to fight while he was as tired as he was. Shane wasn't going to move though as one wrong then and he might be forced in to a fight. Shane knew that his sword was just sticking out from the bag, but the person that was blocking the view with the fire, wouldn't know, still he had a chance to talk his way out of this.
Shane whipped his front brow of the sweet before falling to the rest of his face. He sighed lightly and then said to the person "I'm human as it can get and as for a fight, If I know people that set up these, quick camps, you either attack before checking out anything or your the type that checks first, then make the choice second, your in a defensive position, that I can see from here."
Shane slowly stepped up and then turned to face who ever this was and then as he pointed down to the bag with the other hand raised slowly into the air he continued "I'm unarmed with all my things in that bag, now I tell you this so you have a little trust in me" he then slowly stepped away from the bag and let the light go past and hit his face, now the other person knew two things and that was his face and that he was walking away from his gear.
He then said "Well now you have your choice, it a steep fall, not much to be found down there, or you can trust someone willing to tell you as much things to tell you." He turned around and kicked a small rock off the edge and heard the thing bounce off the edge, so deep that it seemed to never hit the ground. He turned back to the person and without moving foreword he finished "If there's one last thing you need its a name and mine is Shane Blanchard and if you want, cut your lines." He looked at the stance of the person and waited for a change in movement or for them to say something.

Voltre listened to the man's words, holding his stance perfectly still like that of a trained warrior. Even though his threat was clearly stated, the man moved, but without even twitching he still held his defensive stance. There was something about the man that held him back, some aura that said I mean no harm. That aura saved the man's life when he looked at his bag with a hint of something in his eye, but when the stranger didn't move for the bag, no he actually moved away, Voltre knew he would provide no trouble. Still, the seasoned fighter didn't let his guard down until the man was finished talking.
He stood completely still for a few moments after the man had uttered his last words, and then slowly relaxed. His slight crouch turned into a relaxed slouch, his cane returned to its holster, and his left hand came down to his side.
"I would not like to do so to an honest stranger. I can tell you're being truthful through the conviction in your words. Sit by fire, my good man and warm up. You must be cold without any of your gear on. Oh and the name's Voltre, by the way." the younger man said.
Voltre offered no handshake, but did pull out an extra ration of bread and cheese for the man and held it out to his guest as he took a seat. Then recalling the loud scrapping noises coming from the large bag asked,
"What is a knight like yourself doing out here, scaling the mountainsides for?"
He called the man a knight, guessing the metal in the bag that man referred to as "gear" as armor, although he could have been complete wrong and then man could just be running around, half naked with a large bag of metal.

Walking the streets of Avos at night is an experience unto itself, even if you did nothing, didn't visit the cathedral, the docks, the market, then you would have to take a strole down the many twisting streets that act as the veins of the city. Countless lanters, casting an amber glow, illuminating the paths with thir warm lighting and leaving the alleyways and gutters darkened, leaving the undesireable for dawn. Dozens of races walked the streets, Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Sprites, and oddly enough, even a couple Dryads. Buildings of all shapes and sizes loomed over the sentient beings below, mainly houses adorned with lucky charms and the odd piece of technology, although they all paled in comparison to the Cathedral. Stretching up into the sky, it was as if the sky was being pierced by it's great steeple, the masses of Human's would be flocking towards this pillar of Religious control day nor night, whereas the other races just admired the architecture and studied mass mind control techniques being used by the priests and bishops.

Meera sat by herself on the doorstep of a particualr house opposite the Cathedral gates, observing the rush of mindless simpleton's clammering to get to service. "Your not going to join me this morning, are you?" Harren's voice called softly from the doorway with almost a whiney sound underlacing the words. Turning to face him with a smile, all she could do was shake her head. He understood, and with a frown upon his brow, he walked off silent and lonely towards the ever growing crowd. "Sorry Harren." Meera whispered to herself, a small smile still adorning her face. And then, after a couple moments watching as her friend walk off again, she rose from the doorstep and strode off towards the docks, with sad purpose in her eyes.

Shane watched as the man blocking the view with the fires still, slowly he started to relax him self from the stance and as the weapon was reholstered, Shane knew he was somewhat in a clearing. He then walked over to his bad and picked it up by the belt warp, but not to put any fear of attack he held it low away from his hands to reduce a chance of an attack.
The back scraped the ground as he walked to the fire, and as Shane sat the bag lastly let out a small clash of the metal. He lesioned to the last of the first words pass from the mouth and chought the name 'Voltre.' Shane took the bread and cheese from Voltre and started to eat, it had been a while since Shane had last eaten so something as simple as bread seemed like a real meal. Shane left his guard down but his bag close so he was still somewhat safe and he didn't pose much threat if he was to go to a straight surprise attack.
Shane sat there eating slowly as the man, Voltre, finally asked to break of the darkness of the camp side, about why Shane was out in the mountain side. Shane looked over to Voltre and said "Well this is one of the ways I was told from where I was to get to the city of Avos, the other way I could have went was down through 'the Forever Plains' and I would rather fall a few times then well, get lost." Shane then moved his hand up to his mouth half closed, covering his mouth with the side, the area by the knuckle touched his lip, he moved it away to say "I travel up because that road ends and this one continued, most men search for gold, I on the other hand search for something much closer to me" Shane looked down to his gear and took out the sword slowly and pointed it away from Voltre and Shane then said "Lets say this belonged to him, most of my things are from him."
Shane let the sword drop by his other things and then turned back to Voltre and then said to him "Well that's a sadder, saddish story and I wouldn't want to get in to depth about that" He stopped for a minuet and then said "What about you, why are you travailing the mountain sides?" But before answering Shane took the moment to pull out the leggings of his armour and slide them on for a bit of extra heat.

The young man sat still watching the fire, waiting for the stranger, Shane, finish speaking. After he had heard his tale, the man asked Voltre a simple question and he answered.
"Well, I'm out here on my way down to the Forever plains, you see. I'm from the surrounding area, just a few days walk from here. I too am on my way to Avos, although whoever told you the path to it would lead you through the mountains was far from correct. The city lies off the edge of Klasm, not within it, and it would be much wiser to get down to the plains and follow the range along it's lowest point, just on the edge of the plains."
He continued to look into the fire as he spoke, not wanting to make eye contact with the man. What are the chances? the young man thought. It was not often two men randomly met on the vast Klasm Mountain Range. The place was practically a desolate waste land, not known for its hospitality. If everything Shane had said was true, he was extremely lucky to have found Voltre when he did. Still, Voltre didn't trust this Shane, and had no plans on falling asleep around him. He had gotten plenty of rest already, and it was only a few more hours until daybreak.
Voltre's plan was to take off as soon as the creatures of the night crawled back into their holes.

Far above the people of Avos, in the safe perch amoung the beautifully carved designs adorning the cathedral sat a girl. She sat too far up for any normal person to be able to reach. She sat on a ledge as comfortably as if she were sitting on a street bench. She gazed down as people rushed into the cathedral down below her. But Rosealynn paid them no mind, instead she gazed out over the rest of the city and the setting sun. Warmth swelled in her chest as she gazed out over the sky scape, she briefly wondered why she hadn't traveled to Avos sooner, she had spent so much time traveling across the different areas of Arret that somehow she had bypassed this place. Though she would agree it was a beautiful city that there were other places in the world she loved more, but never had she been in a place so crawling with life, and all different races too.

She nearly giggled with excitement as she stood up, her crystiline blue eyes cathing the shimmering light of the sunset. She glanced up the cathedral steeple. She briefly wondered if she wanted to go up higher, deciding against it for the moment she walked around the ledge, it was a tight walk forcing her to walk one foot in front of the other. Rosealynn briefly wondered how they had made such a building, surely no human could come up this hgh to construct it, any human who did would most likely be paralyzed by fear of falling. Rosealynn laughed at the idea, she had no fear of falling, beening what she was made it nearly impossible for her to feel such piety fears. If she were to fall it would only be a simple matter of phasing to another form, a bird, a hawk, an angel, a silkie, any of those would do to stop her fall.

Rosealynn walked around a statue of an angel, with it's arm extended to the heavens, which made Rosealynn looked back up to the sky. Her pale colored hair blew in the wind she was moving along the edge and she sighed happily. She side stepped around it and came to the corner of the cathedral building. The girl then walked out onto a slim perch and then looked immediately down to the market that was down below. So many people still out and about doing their shopping. Maybe tomorrow... I will go there and explore. she thought and sat at the edge of the flat gargoyle perch extending from the corner of the massive building.

"What do you mean 'there are no boats left'!?" Could be heard down the street, even with all of the noise being made by the pedestrians, the female voice still carried down through the town. Meera was fuming with anger, if anybody that could read aura's was around (and there was likely to be a couple, knowing the diversity of Avos) then her's would be pure unflinching red. "I'm sorry, but the last barge set sail yesterday. Many families from the north islands being relocated to--" The man tried pleading, but Meera cut in before he could even finish his sentance. "I don't care! Look, if there was even a small boat for me to purchase, then I wouldn't have to be here arguing with you." She was getting annoyed beyond the point of no return, which was dangerous for anyone who intended on having four limbs for the rest of their life.

"I'm sorry, but there aren't any seaworthy vessel's left in Avos." One. "If you had come to me two days ago then I could have secured you passage on one of the barges" Two. "But now it is too late, and your out of luck. So stop wating both of our time by trying to get onto a boat that isn't even here." Big mistake, three. Suddenly, Meera's arm bursted into life, snapping out and grabbing the uncooperative sailor by the neck and squeezing tight with suprising strength. "I know you have a boat because I saw you in the harbour less than two hours ago enjoying the tide, so if you intend to keep your spine in exactly the right place, then you'll merrily lead me to it. Now." And with that last word, Meera let go of the wide eyed sailor, dropping him to the floor and leaving him wheezing for breath. After a few moments, he cautiously got to his feet and nodded. "Right this way millady."

[[Sorry Timmy, I have to leave you behind, I really feel like posting sweatdrop ]]

There it was on the horizon, Avos, the Grand Cathedral's tall steeple reaching upwards towards the sun, as if pointing towards it purity like a symbol. Some say that the ancient architects of the magnificent structure had designed the building with that exact purpose, building it in a place so that while anyone approached the cathedral from afar it would appear to be marking the location of the celestial body.
Around the base of the Grand Cathedral, Voltre could make out the city's many buildings, those too pointed upward to the sky, although all of them paled in comparison nedxt to the cathedral. After the cathedral had been built, the city had soon sprung up around it. The many different races of the world gathered around the great building, using it as a home for both religious and political activity.
Neither of those interested Voltre, though. He was on his way to Avos for another reason. Ever since he had found the etherium crystal, a small voice had called from within him to go to the city. He wasn't sure if the crystal itself was talking to him, but he somewhat doubted it because he had heard the voice while his father had possession of the stone. Was it that the stone had implanted some great fate on the man? Or had it just been that he was going crazy from all the dust in the mines back home. Either way, Voltre had a cause in life now, something to drive him forward, even if it was just curiosity. Anything was better than those blasted mines back home.
The young man sighed and thought about a few nights back, when he had met Shane. The older man had passed out soon after they finished their conversation, and Voltre had left from camp as soon as daylight a broke the early morning sky. He wondered if the man was still alive. Shane had said he was told to go through the Klasm Mountain Range, when in reality, he could have just followed them north to the city of Avos. Traversing Klasm was a dangerous thing to do, not even taking into account of all the beasts that lived within its crags. The range was known to take the lives of many men every year, either by tossing them from its cliffs or raining down boulders on top of them while they climbed.
No use dwelling on the past, or on strangers for that matter, I'm almost there, Voltre thought to himself. Without realizing it, he pulled the etherium shard from the pouch on his belt and gripped it tight. When he finally felt the shard slowly digging into his hand, the young man paused and lifted the stone up into the sunlight. A faint purple hue emanated from the stone where the sunlight passed through it. Voltre's gaze then fell upon the city only a few miles off in the distance.
"That is where I will learn all of your secrets," he said to the stone, and he squeezed it gently and took off towards the city. His steps came down a tad lighter than normal, although the young man did not realize it, full of excitement as he was.

Jonathan sat atop the roof monastery clock tower, surveying the land and making sure the area was safe. In these modern times of technology and weaponry, they had lost their numbers to Blasphemy and Raiders looking for ties to the Demi-gods. The monastery used to have 250 monks, and an even greater number of Monks in training but those times were long gone.
He sighed and looked to his left. Father Roderick was tending to the farms. The old man was like a father to him after his own was killed. He looked out into the distances and sighed. No one came for religious reasons any more. Most of what they got were lost travellers.

It had taken some time, but Voltre had finally made it to Avos. He had crossed through the Klasm Mountain Range and had walked along side it down on the forever plains until he had finally managed to make it to the great city. Now, after passing through the city's southern main gate, he was finally here.
It was time to figure out why something was calling him to this place. The voice deep within his heart had beckoned him to this wondrous populous, and he had thought that when he reached Avos, it would tell him where to go next. But as the man passed through the gates, the voice faded away. Now he was left with no clues, nothing as to what he should do next. All Voltre could do was sigh.
"O well, I guess I should check this place out, maybe find myself a place to stay while I'm here," he said to himself. He didn't have much in terms of money, but he was willing to work, although he had no clue as to what he would do. The young man took off at a steady pace down through the many streets of Avos.
Closely packed buildings lined both sides of every street and seemed to lean in on each other, as if trying to push its neighbors out of the way for more room. People flooded the streets, walking up and down, busy with their everyday routines. Shop doors were wide open, begging potential customers to come in and buy its wears. Trains buzzed by overhead, their tracks built above the buildings to save space. The sound of the urban metropolis was inescapable.
Voltre made his way through the city and ended up near the northern docks. The main pier was bustling with activity. Many large vessels sat in the harbor waiting to be supplied, or to drop off their cargo. Men and women ran back and forth, calling orders and working hard. Voltre watching in complete amazement. He had never once seen a ship, let alone the sea. Klasm was a far way from any great body of water, or at least the section of it he called home was. The great ships with their sails flooded Voltre's imagination.
The boats weren't the only thing that caught Voltre's attention. A rather loud young woman, not much younger than Voltre from what he could tell, was barking orders to sailors just down the street from him. She was cute, in a tomboyish sort of way. The girl carried herself like she was the only one that mattered and had a commanding aura about her.
Voltre couldn't take his eye's off of her. Subconsciously though, his hand move to his cane on its holster. She was dangerous, he knew deep down inside, although his mind hadn't registered it.

Sen reclined in a tall tree, watching the sun-rise in all its beauty. She sighed with a smile as a squrril scampered past a limb near her head and looked down at her. " hello. " she said perkely, then looked back at the sun, content to stay here for hours, but she was also hungry, and needed to check her traps. sen sighed again, saddly this time and lept from the branch to a lower one, then to the ground with a grunt. she streached a moment adn began walking for one of her snares.

after around three hours of checking every snare she at set and resetting them, sen had three rabbits and a rather large badger. she smiled, carrying the animals on a stcik with string holding them on, to where she had been camping the last few days, a charred circle of rocks marked where her fire had been, and a decently build lean too rested against a large tree. sen lay the dead animals inside her shelter and gathered some dry wood, and rested it inside the circle of stones, then took out her crafting knife, and took a pice of flint from her pack, struck the knife across the flint to spark a fire, then blew on it lightly to spread the flame, when the fire was well burning, sne gathered much more wood than she thought she would need. ~ Beter safe than sorry. ~

Two skinned rabbits spun slowly on a wooden Spit over the fire, sen turned the crank lazily, she had skinned the Badger and other Rabbit, but would cook them later for dinner, sen yawned as she continued the tedious task, but the idea of having a tasty breakfast and lunch easily kept her going.
