So Spiro is a raging idiot and has all these conspiracy theories about my mom and I and our laywer and blah blah blah. Anyway he emails my mom and this one is kind of the crown jewel.

The person who can spot the MOST bullshits here wins a SOMETHING I HAVENT DECIDED YET. ~10k ish tho. 10k if I can't think of anything.

Keep in mind you can ask questions about spiro's general idiocy and for clarification on what the ******** he's trying to say. And wrong guesses don't count against you.

Appears is spelt shitilly wrong, you're probably not trying to take Jenna away, no-one cares about his hours, he's probably done nothing, his cousin is most likely a Wal*Mart clerk, any legal bullshit he pulls will be laughed out of court at the rate he's rabbiting on, he's bringing far too many names into things for it to even resemble reasonable, anything else he decides to file or do will most likely result in guffaws, chortles, and perhaps even a haw or two and lastly, his argument is formulated so poorly that I feel no need to know what's actually going on to be able to pick it apart.

Combine that with an utterly appalling degree of spelling errors, unnecessary spacing and general linguistic ineptitude, and you have one big old pile of bullshit.

1 ... What does Jenna being taken away have to do with less hours? (work hours?)
2. Has he done anything?
3. There's a good chance the "witness" was bribed or something.
4. Why would she talk about her plans for the trial in front of the opposing side? O_o;
5. What? Pretty sure you can't do that in court. Not to mention that many people there will be more focused on their jobs than a lawyer's legs...
6. Yes, it might be true that distracting the other lawyers on purpose is a crime, but as I pointed out, a female lawyer's leg isn't actually going to be too distracting, unless she places it on the table rudely.
7. It also just occurred to me that the judge might be a woman. So unless it turns out she likes women, that "plan" he believes she has won't work a good portion of the time. XD
8. ... Does this guy even know what that is? I mean, damn. That's a bit extreme if said class-action is just against your mom and her lawyer...

10. The DA will just laugh at him for thinking that a female lawyer would randomly show off her legs to the judge to win the argument and that it would be a good argument in court. But, he'd have to look into it, unfortunately, because it is his job.

pfffft aine I love you you are awesome.

the judge was a male.
but yeah he's saying she showed the judge some leg and the judge dropped the restraining order AND that he overheard her telling my mom she was going to do that.

LOL nevermind the obvious part where he made all that up, he literally said, in court, that he agreed to DROP THE CHARGES.

I think that is why the judge dropped the charges.

Class action lawsuits have to be filed by multiple people = one of the bigger ones.

ENE is early neutral evaluation which is where some neutral parties meet with the couple who is divorcing and hear both sides of stories and give opinions on what they should do for kids and arrangements and if court is necessary. And they determined our current custody schedule and also said we didn't need to go to court.

So Obv. spiro has to sue them.

First of all: What is with this guy, can he not spell? Or is this paraphrased?

Everything in bold is bs.

1. As the author seems to be extremely paranoid, this probably isn't even happening.

2. He states after this sentence that all these things are things he will do in the Future, he obviously hasn't done anything yet.

3. This is just an obvious BS statement, Cousin probably doesn't even exist.

4. Since we've established that the cousin doesn't exist, he cannot mail anything to him.

5. Who is this witness? Does he/she even exist?

6. Even if the lawyer did say this, it would obviously be a joke. There is no way a Judge of even sub-standard standing would allow something like a flashed leg to make any decisions in the court room.

7. We've already stated that the cousin is non-existent.

8. All talk. Won't actually follow through. Statement is meant to sound threatening.

9. As stated above, won't actually happen.

10. When someone doesn't return my calls, I usually get the hint.
