I'm about to go into the Thousand Year Door, but I've been stalling, 'cause I don't wanna die XD
If I beat Bonetail, should I be able to beat the Shadow Queen?

YES.
That thing had 200 HP.
The Queen? 150.
But still, keep your wits about you.

She was like the hardest boss ever. I had no partners, 1 HP and no items. Last star power attack. xd

If you beat Bonetail, you'll be able to beat her no problem.
You just need to play as normal.
Power jump badges can really help too.
Man, I almost beat Bonetail once.
Had him down to 15 HP.
Then I pulled a b***h move and died.
No way did I have the patience to try again.

Power jump badges can really help too.

Then I pulled a b***h move and died.
No way did I have the patience to try again. Piercing Blow + Power Lift = blaugh

Not only is it a tough boss, but it has my favorite boss battle music ever.
Also, a word of warning. You may have to backtrack. Up to the point where you face the Shadow Queen, I basically used all my items already on other obstacles, so...It may take 30 minutes of your life away, but don't get discouraged. It's worth it!

Oh the Shadow Queen, I actually gave up on beating that game for a while and went off doing other stuff in the game for a long time after my first loss to her.
Then I went back and I won.
And I think Bonetail is supposed to be harder then the Shadow Queen, so if you beat him you should definitely be fine.

In my personal opinion, the Shadow Queen having less HP than Bonetail is because the difficulty is higher.
Don't be afraid to use SP and Items, having both will help. Try and save up Life Shrooms, Jammin' Jellies, and Boo Sheets.
Power Bounce always helps and I use partners as shields so maybe a Quick Change Badge(I think that's right) would help.

Yay! I beat the Shadow Queen :3
Now I just have to get all the Shine Sprites, Star Pieces, Tattle Logs, Badges, Recipes, and complete all the Trouble Center quests biggrin
...Damn this is a long game XD

Crystal-Fresh Yay! I beat the Shadow Queen :3 Now I just have to get all the Shine Sprites, Star Pieces, Tattle Logs, Badges, Recipes, and complete all the Trouble Center quests biggrin ...Damn this is a long game XD you think that was hard and long wait till you play mario and luigi super star saga i swear that last boss takes an hour to beat
