Yes you can, just go onto the breeding link.
How can you know if it's a female or male?
You don't know. The owners of the slime choose if it's a girl or a boy.

I have a question about breeding to. For instance If your Slimy has babies and you don't want them can you sell them for money? I'm sorry if my question came off as cruel to anyone I really like slimys alot and i'm a caring person i'm just struggling with money

Your Slime can't have babies unless you choose them to. And no, you can't sell the babies. You can give them as a gift, but only Labby is allowed to make gold off of Slimes because the Guild crew makes the Slimes.
