Ok, here is where you design your own gothic school uniform. If some one already has the accent color you want, pick another one. There can be no two people with the same accent color.
EXCEPT: There can be one of each for male and female. So guys if a girl has your color you can still use it so long as there's not a guy with it. Same goes for you girls.
ALSO: Crew, put your clothes in here too. Remember everyone, the crew get to wear what they want, everyone else is regulated by the dress code.
WEAPONS: Only crew can carry weapons on campus. So leave your weapon(s) in the martial arts club building when done training with it.

Okay. Here is my outfit: A skimpy white top, like a bra, that is underneath black netted material. She wears black, fingerless ninja type gloves and black bottoms. The bottoms are like Tifa's from FF Advant Children, only the skirt goes down to a couple of inches below her knees and short, black, form fitting shorts underneath it. There is also a white design on the front of it. She prefers to go barefoot everywhere, but when she does have to, or does, wear shoes, they are naruto style and black. She also has a black mask that covers the lower part of her face from when she was with the bandits. She doesn't normally wear it anymore and keeps it in a pouch that she carries on her waste all of the time. She wears a black leather collar with a cross on it.

White unbuttoned silk shirt and black undershirt with white cargo pants and a white leather belt with a pouch that has been treated so it expands with its contents and keeps things fresh and a loop for a small 6 inch multi-use hunting knife. As well as black leather-studded gloves made to stretch when he changes and his hands grow slightly larger. Casual dress while still being functional. Carrying the 5 foot long sword strapped to his back, with the handle up, and the Cat claws both feet and hand versions strapped to his legs for easy access.

im afraid i dont get the dress code, so would a white button shirt under a black suit jacket with black denim jeans be ok?

A black duster with  on it in white, a black undershirt, black combat boots, a pair of shades, black fingerless gloves, and (will finish later)

I wear a blue skirt, not mini but kind of short, and a black and blue shirt. The skirt has white ruffles underneath that make it flare out a little. A small consealed pouch is attacked to the skirt at one side. The shirt is in the style of a corset so there's no reason to tuck it in. For shoes I wear black boots that come up to my knees. Blue gloves that go to the elbows and black leg warmers complete the uniform. When it is cold there is a black leather coat added to the mix.
There is a dagger in each boot that is almost never used because I don't fight in human form.
 something like this but replace the white with blue.

a light blue button up shirt with reddish black designs that are on the right half, grey jeans with a small hole on each knee, and a long black and grey scarf that covers most of the bottom half of his face. he never wears shoes.  other clothes-

A coat covering most of his upper torso and legs, a crown for decoration, a belt to show his human side(when he transforms the belt disappears until he turns back to human), he always wears boots, he wears pants for a connection in a local mob in chicago (before the sicks got him).

grey jeans with black belts straps black and grey shirt grey and black alternating overcoat black shoes with little spiky things brown googles

Well my charecter dresses in Gothic Lolita most of the time so I doubt it's a uniform... She wears a cross necklace at all times and normally wears black even in the summer. You will rarely ever see her wear bright colors like pink, unless she's forced or dared.

edit well light will use as uniform if it would be this type there is a black elegant shirt with detailed Grey on it black plain skirt and a Gothic style boot.
and the jacket is just her type of style
