Usually candy has a very long shelf life, but the factories make their easter candy up to 5 months before hand, so when it actually gets out in to stores, it's already pretty old and doesn't last long, unless you're talking about something totally different.

Stores are just probably really cruel and unusual....T-T
They just get enough so that they can make enough money and there is nothing left so they won't have to throw out the remaining candy that has yet to be bought and too old to eat.

Hey, heheh, I've seen you from the THU guild!
The same thing is happening where I am!! They're making big mistakes when they throw out the old candy and make new ones, because they'd make more money if they kept making all the classics, cuz those are what we grew up with and what we love the most!

I worked in a candy store for a couple years. Some of my favorite candies were taken down because they didn't sell well enough to justify keeping the store stocked year round. Others because the manufacturers stopped making them entirely, because local demand didn't justify production in a factory with a nationwide clientele.

idk! all the good candy is still were i live but t hairs only like 2 candy shops
were i live....poor cady...never had a chance sad

I really miss ring pops where i live you can only get them at a baseball park sad but the cookies and cream hershey bars still sell at publix blaugh they are my favorite!
