Temper: .... i'm not sure what to put since she goes between happy and yay to insane killer.
Eye Color: Blue
Mane&&Tail Color: Brown (look at ref. img)
Body Color: Skin colored… or tan-ish. Since it is a cosplay of a person
Hoof Color: brown, the same color as her shoes in the ref. pic. 1

Starting Stage: Gem
Description of Character (Clothing, Weapons, Personality, From Which Series, etc.): Rena from "Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni"
Outfit: the white one piece with the hat (see reference images), two purple ribbons, and the cleaver.
Personality: Usually she's very nice and happy, but in one arc she goes insane and kills people. But she usually is very nice and loves cute things.
Comments: She needs to have her cleaver, but preferably not with blood on it.
Would it be possible for her to look like she has the boots on, like maybe her hooves are black and up to her knees are brown and it looks like the lacing on the boots in the first image. And then from her knees to where ever the outfit starts have a darker brown, like the tights you can see in the ref pictures 3/4. If not then refer to hoof color above and leave it like that.
Total: 70k?

Description of Line Edits (Wings, Hair, Horns, Accessories, etc.): Could you make her front legs that of a lion, with paws and scruffy fur and what not. Also big feather wings that a are a deep brown as well. A pair of deer antlers in a light brown.
