Custom Information


PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE ORDERING A CUSTOM.

Rules
//.You can only order a custom slot once every two weeks. This rule applies for co-owning as well.
//.If the cost of the custom is not paid within 24 hours of ordering, the slot will be re-opened.
//.Up to two people may co-own an Azrein. If you do choose to co-own and split the price, please combine your funds and pay from ONE ACCOUNT. This way, there will be no messy confusion.
//. Custom completion can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks. Please remember, our colorists do have lives that take priority over HoA [though many of us will disagree...]. And, judging by the complexity of your order, logically, more difficult customs will take longer than simpler ones.
//.For the first month of HoA's opening, colorists will only have ONE SLOT EACH.
//.If a difficult edit or coloring is wanted, a charge of 15k will be added. If the colorist feels it will be complicated, they will let you know.
//.No Refunds. Our colorists will work with you and give you updated watermarked images of your custom's progress. If you would like them to change a particular aspect that you're not fond of, TELL THEM BEFORE THE CUSTOM IS COMPLETE.
//.Once you post the custom form, no changes may be made. So think long and hard about what you want and how you want it.
//.SEND ALL TRADES TO THE MULE.
//.We take cash and items through TekTek's pricing.
