3. Call my friends and go like, "OOOOMMMMGGG!! GUESS WHAT!! RUKIA AND ICHIGO ACTUALLY GOT TOGETHER!!! KYAAAA!!!" Friends: "........"
4. Hit myself ALOT of times to make sure it's real
5. Insult Orihime (yeah...)
6. Die
7. Live and faint

Stage 2: Screaming -"OH MAHHHHH GODDDD!! IT HAPPEENDLFKJKALFJL;SJDAF!!"
Stage 3: Running around the house while screaming - self explanitory.
Stage 4: Calling all ichiruki fans and screaming - yet again self explanitory
Stage 5: Watching the scene OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!

I would have a series of reactions.
First, I would be like: OMG!! Is this really happening?!?! And then I would SQUEEEEEEE to the world!
Then I would be like ORIHIME, IN YOUR FACE!!! I KNEW IT, HAHAHA!
xD;;; I really hate Orihime... anyways, I would next start wondering if it was just fanservice or a teaser, or if this is truly something that would stick through the rest of Bleach.
