Me too.Its a ghost town.

Only a fraction of the people that are invited actually join. Then from that percentage. Most of the people that do actually join this guild. Make less than a half dozen posts then disappear. So because everyone keeps disappearing. New members have to be brought in to keep the guild active. Right now, no one is inviting people to the guild. So the lamers continue to not post due to the lack of posts due to their actions. That is why the place is such a ghost town.

Yeah, I hope that the guild can keep running because There are no post anymore.

I've been unable to reach a computer for the last few days. Before that, nobody was posting ( sad ), and I couldn't find the time. It's kinda hard to post in this guild because nobody seems really serious. And it seems like a lot of the people here are just pretending, making it difficult for the people who are not pretending (to work magic and so on) to have interesting discussion. (This is all IMO, BTW.) I don't know how this could be fixed, but I'm continuing to post.

GAHHH am I the only one on at this time?!? Man, this is probably going to sound stupid but lets have a compitition to see who can be on the longest. It may or may not work but at least we will have people on...either that or we need to have a quota for posts and if they don't meet it those people go on probation or something. I seriously don't want this guild to die!!!

ABSOLUTELY NOT, I've seen that same exact retarded line of thinking. And yes I am coming right out and saying it. You would make a shitty mod in any guild with that train of thought.

I used to belong to another guild that tried that. The guild was pretty much dead at that time. With just a handful of members keeping it alive. Then they turned around, booting every member that hadn't posted in a set amount of time. Because of that, there guilds member count was cut to only one-fifth of what it was. Many of the people that were booted. Were the very people that were the most active in the guilds beginning. Without them, the guild never would have even taken off in the first place.

The goal is to give people a reason to post. The only proper way to do that. Is to actually put more effort than the members into the guild. It is the only effective way to moderate.
