Odd that I haven't seen a topic outlining what people think about the new collectibles. ANYWAYS, Share those thoughts!
My own will be posted when I get a better look at them. At the very least, I like the splash page for this month.

I've seen better.
As in, Nano-C and Tama's Basket.
They seriously need better ideas for these new MCs.

Much like the time piece, I am thrilled at the concept and dissappointed in the product. And like the timepiece, I will buy it anyway out of steampunk loyalty.
The other thing I am completely indifferent to.

Camron Flamheart I've seen better. As in, Nano-C and Tama's Basket. They seriously need better ideas for these new MCs. eh, these days they put more effort into the higher grossing items, which lets face it, are the EI's. As for my opinion, largely the poses aren't that great, but they have just enough that I like that I'll probably pick up one of each. As a concept, I do like the techno mage items, though the majority of the poses are unwieldy. I like those monocles though, quite fetching. The wrench staff amuses me for some reason. The nymph item, I get the distinct feeling, is not really meant for those of my gender, so I am abstaining from forming an opinion about it.

Vincente Twilight BLAST they're crap. end of discussion! defend your opinion or be seen as a troll. trolls are no different from demons my friend. twisted
they're both copies of different items. as TIM already said, the steampunk is a copy of the time machine. the nymph i'd say is a bit of a copy from a few poses of the gift of the gods/godesses plus the titan seed.
the artist got very lazy this month.

they're always lazy. Bastards sleep most of the month after all. lazy with the MC's. but when it comes to $10 EI's, they work they're asses off. MC's are truly pointless now days.

well from a strictly monetary point of view, certainly, they aren't even close to what you would call a sound investment versus the more expensive things. But there in again, as soon as they became "collectibles" they lost much of their value on principle. This month isn't bad if you actually like the poses.

The artist also gave the artwork the better monocle and the tightest robe this side of Gaia. I was amused.
I can't even use some of the Nymph poses. They show up as text in the preview box, and not at all on the avatar.

I... actually never said they were copies of different items. I just said they're part of the same genere: steampunk.

I guess it's more Techno than Mage. I almost like the staff thing, though.
