I have a confession to make. As I've stated in the topic Feeling Avoided, I'm not a furry.
No, I'm no fur flamer in disguise or anything. It's just that my view of me and my fursona is different than that of the furry subculture or therian for that matter.
There's never really a time when I'm not Trias Tyra Skyfurr-Rylis. Oftentimes, I have the phantom feeling of having tails, fox ears, and a heightened sense of smell. It's not a "shifting" thing as these feelings always linger.
Even though I don't count myself as a furry, I still feel at ease around it. I already told someone in the guild about this and s/he told me that I might as well tell everyone in here. *takes a deep breath and them smiles* Peace out.

Mate. You think exactly like I do. I always thought that that sort of thing labeled you as a furry from the beginning.

Wull, I just ment that how you looked at the fandom and such is all. I mean, one of the main usages for the word 'furry' is just the calling of someone who is a fan of anthropomorphic creatures. You don't even need a fursona (and a fursona is just a representation, not something nessesarily "you". Only you have much control over how much of your real self you put into the character). I guess you could always be like, a psudo-fur... Someone who enjoys the creatures and likes the art and such, but doesn't feel to really be apart of the fandom... Like, you're furry enough, but not fully or something...

I'm just trying to see where you stand here =P Sometimes, people are furs but don't really care to admit it or something. Others are like, well, OK. You have Trekkies, and Trekkers, two fandoms that are kinda the same as they love Star Trek, but there are differences... But then there are the people like me who like the idea of the show and like to watch it, but isn't into the fandom of it =P I just don't know if you're a Trekkie, Trekker, or just a watcher of the furry fandom is all. You can always PM me this stuff or tell me to shut up if I'm bothering you here... I don't want to pry or make ya uncomfortable or anything. I'm just curious here.
