My fellow AXers. Coming up soon we will be having a plot in which we will be playing our characters several years in the future. So you will be able to increase your skills, and have your character anywhere you want, really. Your Team Leader will PM you after you post your bio, to let you know if its okay or not.
Anyone who has not posted will have their future made for them.
Some background information:
Cissa and Anna will be leading the Brotherhood, after calling a Mutiny, kicking Derrik from the team. Anyone may be on the brotherhood.
Derrik will be heading the Alpha Flight, the Canadian version of the Xmen.
X-men will remain the same, with the exception of a few folks. Students will be full blown X-men. No longer student teams.

Mutant ability: Exploding plasma orbs. Skin seems to shine and glow.
Affiliation: Leader of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants
In the past five years: Anastaia willingly left the Academy after the "attack" by HYDRA. That was her inital break into the Brotherhood, and her first taste of what evil could truly be. She quickly found out it was a glorious thing. After all, while she didn't mind attending the Academy for purely academic and training purposes, neither Anastasia nor her family actually agreed with the philosophies of Charles Xavier.
Learning quicker under a more agreeable hand, Anastasia quickly rose in ranks, just as she had in the Academy, but once again she found there to be one roadblock: Derrik. She did her best to not to let it discourage her, and focused her attention on other things, mainly, objects of affection she had left at the Academy.
Shortly after her twentith birthday, an old friend contacted her. At first, it baffled her mind; she wasn't certain how he had found her, but eventually she realized, this wasn't just anyone she was talking about. This was an ex-theif. It took a year of late night rendevouses before Anastasia was able to convince him to leave the Academy, leave the X-Men and join her in things far more darker; far more Evil.
In September of 20XX, 4 years after a rag tag group of students left the Academy, Remy LeBeau up and resigned from teaching as well as being an X-Man. Rumor around the school was that he had ties with the Brotherhood. He is supposedly linked Anastasia, and there has been speculation of romantic connections.
Anastasia's true day of glory came after the event that should have been seen. She was the first to bark, and the first to bite. Derrik Longwood had stood in her way for far too long, and now he had failed the Brotherhood. "Glimmer", as she had started being referred to shortly after leaving the Academy, was more than glad to stir up anarchy and mutiny amongst the gang of rag tag evil doers, and the moment Derrik was kicked to the curb, she took, alongside Narcissa, what she knew belong to her: Leadership of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.

Mutant Ability: Breathes a toxic fume, which she controls the potency of. Slightly fanged teeth with a venemous bite. She has also developed a poisonous scratch. Often followed by snakes and scorpions. Due to her own venomous nature, Teagan is not only immune to her own toxins but to most posions and venoms as well. Can defensively "grow" a thin layer of reptilian like skin over he own.
Affiliation: X-Men/Academy
In the past five years: The year students left the Academy for the Brotherhood was the same year Teagan "finally" graduated from highschool. She found that she had two choices, remain in the Academy with hopes of becoming an active member of the X-Men roster, or return to Ireland and dig her past more. Ireland, however, had lost all of its luster and she came to an understanding that her future was here. Exactly what was to come...she never would have guessed in a million years.
Two years after graduating, nearly 23 years old, Teagan had discovered that her knight in shining armor was more than just a teacher. Scott had become a peer, even more so when Teagan took over the visual art class. Those two years had seemingly built a foundation for the two as a no longer one sided romance bloomed. Many of the teachers in the school, and quite a few students, disapproved of the marriage between Teagan and Scott, but Teagan had never been one to pay much attention to what anyone had said.
Since that day, she continues to teach art, as even her own husband doesn't trust her to teach anything that relies on facts, knowing the stories she can often tell. She also remains an active X-Man, glad to finally be living her dream.

Hair: Red, almost inhumanly so. Usually straight because of the length and weight but if she wants to it can hold a curl very well.
Eyes: Green (luminescent in the dark, changes completely black when she uses her powers in excess)

Weight: 150 pounds
Build: She has muscle definition because of her life style but it's obvious just by her shape that she wasn't built to be a warrior.
Uniform: Practically the exact same as her old one. She really just changed the belt to silver instead of red. (the same as her second version at least, where her gloves and boots were not black. And by the end of the memorial most of the million dollar necklace will be embedded on the suit.)
Mutant ability: Shandra can weave energy, or lack thereof, to block things from herself and others in many diverse ways; her power enhanced to be better under her control by a mutant named Tessa.
---She can weave together the same energy in her push to form barriers. She can sky-travel. She can caste invisibility and soundless-ness, along with a mental shield, to inanimate or animate things that aren't touching her. She can force an area of rejection out in it's semi-circle shape. She can weave her energy together in a visible shield absorbs the light or energy that is thrown at it or aimed towards it, slowly turning black. When the shield disperses the energy in the shield is redirected in either a specific area or just all around. She can arrange thin shield-like areas, as invisible as the one she usually wears that protects her skin, around people that can't so much block physical objects as it can heat, light, light rain, or light-medium amounts of radiation that slowly seep into people to heal the damage that's already been done. She can catch things in mid air in an energy bubble and push inwards from all sides equally to crush something. And the other trick she’s picked up is directing her “push” into something more like a slice of energy. She can use it as bullets or a slicing wave.
Currently she's working on "displacing/sharing" her powers towards other objects and living beings.
Afflictions: Rogue mutant. Travels everywhere and has just as many afflictions it seems.
In the past five years:
Well as most students her life was eventful though it's hard to get her to talk openly about it. Even though she may give out a tease of information here and there she doesn't talk very much about the things she did on her own.
When the big division between most of the Hellions and the rest of the school took place she choose to go with Derrik to the brotherhood since she figured she'd been pretty unfair to him since the incident with Honeycut. And, much to her annoyance, she had to take a test to get out of High School that she didn’t find out till a bit later.
There were some things that she didn’t agree with but as she had left the academy, and she didn’t want to attempt to bridge the rift with her parents, she had no where else to go to learn how to handle her abilities properly.
But when she found what happened with Derrik she severed the strong ties that connected her with the Brotherhood. After all, it wasn’t Derrik’s fault that he didn’t see –or couldn’t stop- what happened. If he saw everything then he’d be god and the future would be just too easy. So the coup, in her eyes, had been uncalled for.
After leaving the Brotherhood she joined in with Antonio’s band of thieves. After all, stealing was something she was good at. Besides, somehow, stealing from people never bothered her. And if they were rich and pompous it was all the better. Although after five months she stopped doing every little mission they were given without giving anyone a real reason other than: “She was tired”.
During all this time she did, however, learn to do more things as well as pretend to be open -even though in reality she only puts on the face that she thinks might be the most fun or the best for others to see when she wants them to leave her alone. She’d also dropped in on doctors and scientists once in a while just to try and figure out what her body did exactly. The closest she could get was still an ambiguous answer but she did find out a few points that she hadn’t known. And though no one in the band of thieves knew about it, she started her own little project aimed towards her future.
But until it was completely ready, not that it really was anything that would affect anyone else, she decided that taking a job from old acquaintances with the other thieves might not be such a bad idea. After it was over, and Ev was "free" from his father, she thought it would be amusing to visit when the call for the memorial was sent towards them. And as she felt some sort of nostalgia for the place she went just to pay her respects –as much as that meant going from a wanderer.
Yes…she kept herself busy after leaving the Brotherhood as well as while she was in it. She never could stay in one place too long after all.
Other:
---She found out the reason that she can't seem to age and she's accounted that to possibly her body blocking harmful things from her, even from within her own body, so she'll always stay at the skin tone and elasticity she had since her powers started to do that -she'd guess about 16ish.
---She's also experimented with her blood and found that in small doses it can help put "unnatural" substances out of people's body but in an overdose it makes them violently sick. After that amount it can kill them by breaking down all their organs as though it were foreign substances and liquefying them to be expelled.
---She no longer requires sleep, as her energy has never run out before, unless she wants to in order to relieve stress.

With her caduceus she is capable of making it appear as if she, or another object of her choice, is somewhere else, for up to two hours under stress. Affiliation: Rogue Mutant In the past five years: After finishing her senior year at the Institute, Mercedes received word from her long time penpal and mentor inviting her to continue her educational studies in Europe, of all places. With little holding her in America coupled with the chance to see her family in Greece, Mercedes readily accepted the offer. By the time she said her goodbyes to the those who remained at the mansion, she had become a student mentor for the younger mutants at the mansion, serving as a mediator between the kids and the professors, and often times keeping the students from getting in trouble. The way Mercedes saw it, life as a mutant was hard enough without some many mind blowing rules and regulations and letting loose and having kids acting like kids was key to staying sane. Her penpal, and now roommate, was in all actuality, and much to her delightful surprise, her long lost twin, Portia. The latter had the mutant ability to translate any written word. As the two caught up on all the time missed between them, they were approached by Muir Island's keeper, Banshee. In exchange for room and board, they assisted Sean and Moira in their studies of the mutant gene and it's correlation with their twin-ness. This simply meant twice a week the two were strapped with wires and probes while undergoing Danger Room types of exercises, without the life in danger portion. They continued that for a number of years before taking a break and heading to America, where the twins dropped in on their uncle and cousins, the same people Mercedes had lived with before she joined the X-Men. And that's where the courier found them, to deliver the news of the memorial service at the mansion. Leaving on much better terms the second time around, Mercedes and Portia made their way without delay to the Institute.

Build: Although not completely void of physical mass, Chris body does not naturally build any large supply of muscle mass, however through the extension of his powers pushing his physical limits he still remains fairly well toned. His focus shifting from his old swimming days, (ie. big shoulders,) to more of a martial arts based focus relying more so on dexterity and agility.
Uniform: Not much has been altered from the original style, perhaps a few visual alterations but nothing out of the original functionality.
Mutant ability: Kinetic manipulation: Upon physical contact can absorb, store, release, and redirect kinetic energy. As time has progressed, Chris's powers have only advanced in mutation by a slightly degree, however despite the lack of genetic progress, his mastery over said powers has grown significantly.
The one, perhaps genetic, advancement within his mutation that has occurred occurs during the period in which Chris stores potential kinetic energy in his body. As it became increasingly more difficult to contain the energy in his body while focusing on his physical movements, Chris managed to unlock a subconscious aspect of his powers, allowing his body to use the stored kinetic energy to help charge his metabolic functions, (a flow of energy becomes easier to manage and maintain within the body than a stagnation of that energy,) namely by increasing blood flow and oxygen exchange within his body. This on top of the already natural process of the sympathetic nervous system, aka "fight or flight" complex grants Chris with a temporary period of time in which his senses reflexes are heightened well beyond most trained humans. The only draw back lies in that by forcibly increasing blood flow within his body he over extends the natural durability of his internal organs, especially his blood veins, (essentially tearing himself apart from the inside out.) Furthermore he is also still limited by the quantity of bio-energy in his body, and once that energy is depleted, he can potentially just pass out in mid-fight.
In his early years, Chris struggled with one major aspect behind his powers. He was able to absorb almost any level of kinetic energy, down to molecular 'heat' energy, yet was unable to replicate the reverse aspect of energy level on such a small scale. Even now, while he has managed to hone his skills to work on a molecular level he is still unable to produce and generate a 'heat' like molecular affect, however he has made some advancements on said level. By focusing the 'point' of kinetic 'release' and 'redirection' of kinetic energy down to a molecular scale he has been able to develop a 'blade' like affect along any portion of his body which can potentially cut through any solid object, even adamantium, (provided enough energy is used to destroy the molecular bonding.)
Afflictions: X-Men (assuming there are any left at this rate...)
In the past five years: To Chris, the sudden raise of this new segment of mutants, (or more technically speaking the re-awakening of,) the brotherhood came as to no surprise to him, (I mean the brotherhood was new to him, but the fact that the power structure altered wasn't.) Even less surprising came the individual people who willingly went along with this new code. (Save perhaps a few, namely Brian...*glares*.)
After the initial shaking of power within the internal and external structure behind the academy teams, Chris managed to generate enough stability within his own lifestyle to actually bring himself to actually focus on his school work, (something he'd always had trouble doing long in the past, which lead to many 'issues' between he and his parents.)
With a new sense of internal stability, (coupled with the external chaos of the school,) Chris managed to graduate and begin his higher level studies, focusing on his Bachelor of Science in Psychology, (because Physics would be far too obvious of a subject based only on his powers and not his natural psycho-analytical mental behavior.) While his focus of classes is charted towards Psychology, he hasn't complete voided himself of the study of Physics, knowing all too well how connect his power is to the subject.
As for the relations with the X-men Chris is still a highly active member.(Subject to change as needed or demanded by superiors.)

Mutant Ability: Krythin can now become a full gargoyle, and has better control over her flight, some increased strength, and her black skin is tougher/more protective. She is also able to see in the dark. (However, it is not impervious to bullets or cutting objects.)
Affiliation: X-Men/Academy
In the past five years: Krythin trained hard, determined to master all her skills. As her skills increased, so did her confidence in her own abilities. She opened up, and became an excellent team player. The tawny, scrawny farm girl was growing up. Although her height didn't really change, her trust in her classmates grew, even to those outside her own team. She gladly joined the ranks of the X-Men, a dream she had been harboring for some time. Her sense of duty was very great, and she stayed busy; busy enough that she has never settled down, and remains single.((I hope this will do.))

Uniform: The only thing that's changed is the colors.
Superhuman Ability: Mason has animal mimicry meaning he can pick a trait of any animal to use to his advantage. He can use anything from a tiger’s strong paws to an elephant’s long memory. In order to use his ability, Mason has to have seen the animal use that trait with his own eyes. He can't watch the Animal Planet all day and keep the powers for life. He hasn't been able to use the admiral for abilities in a long time. She is too old to fight. She has far surpassed the age of an average rat at 10 years old. Mason thinks that it has to do with their unique bond. The only ability that Mason has yet to conquer is flight. His bones have been able to hollow out, but he hasn't been able to grow wings. Something he is still working on.
Affilitation: Alpha Flight
In The Past Five Years: Mason quit the school in his second year after hearing of his sister’s death. He would forever regret not being there for her. An autopsy report says that she accidentally OD’d on sleeping drugs. Tanya’s death set Mason into a depression that has affected him to this day. He moved back with his parents for two months to deal with funeral arrangements and help them cope. The same year, he moved to New York where he worked as a Hero for Hire. He did that for a year, before he quit and took up a day job working as an interpreter fro Japanese tourists. He moved to Canada after boredom and unhappiness. He got dual citizenship thanks to his past superhero affiliation. He and the Admiral worked on developing his power more and it got to be more second nature. Most of his ties to the school were broken; he didn’t even realize anyone else broke off from the X-Men.
The Admiral retired from combat the next year. She was getting old, but still kicking. Mason put his foot down on the issue, but she still goes with him on missions. He thinks that she has remained alive so long, 10 years, because of their unique bond. He doesn’t know how long that’s going to last, though. When he heard that Derrik was leading another team, he didn’t really think about joining, his past experiences put him off. But after learning that the team was Alpha Flight, a Canadian group, he started to analyze his current life. He wasn’t too sure of his future living in Toronto and jobless. He joined and is currently a member. Being on a team again has eased him partially out of his depression. He has hope one day that he can positively remember his sister.

Build: Ivy is rather tall, and well-built. She is fairly muscular for a girl.
Uniform: She doesn't exactly have an official uniform, but she likes her belts with boots, shorts, and an array of short tops, vests, hoodies, etc. She also still wears her shoulder guard as protection because it had been dislocated several times in her past, and she refuses to have surgery; it's expensive. She has since stopped using her eye patch, seeing as it was for concentration.
Mutant Ability: Through physical contact Ivy can control the surrounding area of her touch with visible strings coming from her fingertips. Contact with the spine may or may not give her total control, depending on the person/mutant. She has also discovered that her powers can work on animals. It does not, however, work on inanimate objects, seeing as they don't have a nervous system to hack into.
Affiliation: Rogue Mutant ...although sometimes she likes to rendomly drop in on her past from time to time for a visit...
In the past five years: Ivy trained hard, determined to master her skills. Eventually she left the Academy, unwilling to become part of the team. She still feels like getting sent to the Academy was as a punishment. Although she is not in affiliation with anyone in particular, she sometimes drops in on those with influence in her past. She may tag along, but she doesn't always stick around. She was more of a loner type, and has problems committing her full trust to people.

Mutant ability: Viral manipulation. Forellen can manipulate viral DNA. Her body breaks down any new Virus she’s exposed to and stores the code in her genetic memory. At will she can recall the strain and infect another person with it. Her power has evolved to the point where Forellen can create her own viral strains.
Because of her powers Forellen has a very strong immune system. She is virtually immune to any type of viral infection or diseases, natural or man made. She is also highly resistant to any kind of poison or other such toxins.
Afflictions: Academy X – Culinary Arts assistant teacher
In the past five years: Forellen had a shot to join the Brotherhood with many of the other Hellions and passed it up. Her sense of responsibility along with her own personal integrity wouldn’t allow her to leave the Academy and join Derrik, Anna and the others who left. Instead she remained behind and stepped up as a temporary leader for what was left of the Hellions after Derrik swept through on his recruiting blitz.
As time passed Forellen began to assume responsibilities outside of the Hellions team, being assigned as Gambit’s assistant for culinary arts classes and even accepting an assistant’s position in Piotr’s art classes. Though Forellen isn’t officially an X-Men she does on occasion go out on a mission with them when she’s needed. She’s somewhat neutral in most of the affairs and would rather stand and protect the younger students who aren’t able to effectively protect themselves yet from attacks.------------------------------

Uniform: Amber proudly wears a standard X-men uniform.
Mutant ability: Shadow manipulation. Amber can manipulate shadows to suit her whims. She can also modify the amount of light in a given area around her making it brighter or darker then it had been before.
Afflictions: X-Men
In the past five years: After the attack on Hydra Amber decided that she needed to step up and buckle down in her training. As the time passed she did indeed apply herself with renewed focus and drive. She was still the impetuous and hyper but she was a bit more focus. As she grew in training she found a competitor in the form of her team mate Chris. The competition between them was friendly in nature and it helped push them both to better levels.
After she graduated Amber took a position within the school taking over the power development class for shadows and teleportation. Working with Kurt at first then gradually taking the class over and working from there. After five years Amber is still the bright sunshiny girl of her youth. She’s just a little older and a little wiser and slightly mellower.

Mutant ability: Heightened senses, raged induced feral strength and ferocity. Retractable claws from fingers
Affiliation: Off Duty X-Man
After the Hellions split from the Institute, Evie stepped from down leadership of her team to learn to control her changing abilities. She worked on control with X-Men such as Wolverine and Beast. Over the next several years, Evie graduated to become the X-Men called Hellcat learning how to use her powers without the need of her feral state; however, she had to maintain total control of her emotions at all times.
Evie and Sam Guthrie married two years after she graduated from the Institute. One year later, they had a daughter named Samantha.
During the attack on the Institute by Magneto and the Brotherhood, Evie and her family were trapped in the place of the initial explosion as the attack hit the school. Cannonball was killed trying to save Samantha from the collapsing walls with Evie. Neither made it through. Evie woke up in the infirmary, her mental stability that she had maintained lost.
The X-Men took her off active duty as she became unable to control her rages and was determined to be mentally unstable by the staff.

Uniform: black spandex anyone? (a catsuit, he is a thief after all)
Mutant ability: Gyrokinesis, or the ability to mainpulate the gravitiational forces between two objects. Over the years of practice, Antonio has grown to the level where he can not just maniuplate the gravitation force between the earth and objects, but between any two objects, causing the less dense object to fly towards the denser object, he has even been known to use his power to bend the light (mostly lasers) away from his body. It is theorized that he might be able to slightly warp the time around him, but he is unsure if that is something he wants to expirement with, at least at the moment.

In the past five years: Tired with the drama that was going on at the Academy, Antonio followed Derrik when he left the X-men and joined the brotherhood. Under their tutalage, his mastery of his ability cky rocketed to levels he had never thought that he would be able to reach, even unlocking new aspects of his power that he never thought to try.
Though some of the drama from the academy followed them to the brotherhood, Antonio did not care, mostly because of Lark. Relationships for antonio had never been anything more serios than flirtations (at least to him) until her. When she abandoned her team to follow him to the brotherhood he became aware of one thing, what they has was something that he had never found before. Lark was not just another passing flirtation, but a person that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.
Life with the brother hood had been good for antonio. He felt more wanted there than he had been at the academy, unfortuantaly, that was not how things were going to stay. A few year after leaving the academy Antonio made a big decision, one of the biggest decisions of his life, he was going to ask Lark to marry him.
There he was ring any everything, looking for Lark, when she approached him and told him bluntly that she was bored and was going to leave the brotherhood and him. Soon after she left, Antonio found that she had married a movie star, also a mutant from the Academy. Antonio crumbled, falling into alternating fit of rage and depression. Luckily there was one person there who was able to help him, Derrik.
What was once just a friendship soon formed into a full relationship. Derrik helped Antonio recover from Lark, and Anotnio continued to be supportive of the other man, even when things started to break down in the brotherhood.
When Derrik left the brotherhood, Antonio faithfully followed him, though he did not join alpha flight. Instead he created a small group of his own. A group of mutant theives to play modern day robin hood, kind of like a for profit underground charity organization. THrought out the years, is membership had fluxuated including people like Shandra, D.T., Brian, and Ivy, though not everyone stayed with it forever, and antonio did not blame them, he him self was known to take extended leaves, especially when things went bad and his boyfriend was called in to clean things up.

After the Hellions split from the Institute, Siona follows Aaron not really caring either way which team she's on. Siona stayed with the team because Magneto was able to give her results with her powers; however, Siona grew weary of the team 'thing' and decided to use her gambling money to buy a ranch. Traveling back to Aaron's home in Kansas, they decide to buy his family farm where Siona decides to start raising horses.
After almost five years of dating, Siona grows impatient with Aaron and the following conversation ensues under a midnight sky.
"You're talking to long, Clark. Just ask me already."
"Ask you what?"
Siona growls.
"Let's get married, Lucky!"
Two days later Siona and Aaron were in Las Vegas getting married by Elvis with Lark and Everette. Unfortunately for Aaron and Siona... or maybe fortunately... on their first experience together (being old fashioned kids)... random mishaps occurred do to some errant karma. Siona is now currently eight months pregnant.

Uniform: Normally a black suit with an X emblazoned across the chest of it (Similar to what Magneto wore in the movie) or whatever he has on at the moment. He normally wears a pair of black leather gloves for shielding the radiation that comes off his hands
Mutant Ability: Magnetokinesis: the ability to manipulate magnetism. Under the tutelage of Polaris he learned everything she had to offer, putting him on equal standing with her, possibly higher. He's on the verge of reaching levels displayed by Magneto through his subconscious use of his abilities but has no training to do so. Though he is highly skilled in Magnetism he has yet to learn how to properly control anything on the electromagnetic spectrum and due to the instability his body normally emits a small amount of radiation that would be leathal if exposed to it over long periods of time. He has better control over the electromagnetic spectrum than either his teacher, Polaris or Magneto, being able to control various forms of light, heat, and electromagnetic waves to a certain degree. He still requires training in these aspects but has learned a few tricks while living alone, hence the name Spectrum.

In the past five years: Everett attended the institute begrudgingly up until about a year ago when he broke off ties with the others aside from Lark and left due to the instability of his powers. For some reason he had started to subconsciously emit radiation and short electronics. This effectively ended his film career. He had no knowledge of how to stop or control it and his so called teacher, Polaris, was no where to be found to help. He was lost and didn't want to be responsible for anything that could happen with his abilities. Over the time of his stay he had actually developed some sort of feelings for the people there, no longer seeing them as the gene-jokes he once thought they were. Above all else he didn't ever want to hurt Lark. This girl had actually been the first real thing in his life and he didn't want to lose her.
Using the money he'd earned from his past work he moved back to the UK, occasionally joining in to help the members of Excalibur. He tried his best to maintain contact with the others at the institute but he just couldn't find it in him to return there for help. He'd see Lark every so often but he could just tell something was off about her. She just wasn't the same girl he'd met before, the same girl he fell in love with. He stopped seeing her in person within a few months after this. He just found it too taxing on himself to be around others as he now had to constantly keep up a shield to hold in the radiation he was leaking. In his time away from remembering the past he trains as best he can, even going so far as to have the majority of his house constructed of metal.
He feels even more alone than ever, having felt some of a semblance to friendship. Though he still has contact with her things just aren't the same between him and Lark. She's hiding something and he'll never know because he can longer get close enough to her to try.

With the immediate help of Tessa, Aaron was granted all his powers at once, forcing him to gain control of all aspects of the weather. He quickly become a very powerful mutant that could stand his ground with Storm, in the few times their path's had crossed. He would never back down and caused Storm to turn away, to avoid either of them being hurt.
When Anna started a mutiny against his brother, he and Siona left to start living out their dreams. He didn't hate Anna for what she did, but blood was thicker than water. He thought the best thing for him to do was just leave. He couldn't go with his brother, he believed to that Derrik should have foreseen and prevented the explosion that caused so many deaths. So its a subject of moral tearing to him. He is often contacted by the Brotherhood for small odd jobs or when they need the extra hand.
He is completly ecstatic about becoming a father, but at his age he is also very worried about it. He fears he is to young, but he is closely connected to his supportive family. Married, twins on the way... Aaron couldn't be happier.

After the mutiny of the Brotherhood Derrik found his way back home in Canada, and then not to much longer was he found by the Alpha Flight. He soon made and earned his place on the team. Not to long after joining, was he asked to lead this team.
As the leader of the team, his Alpha Flight did what the X-men would. But they would also be sent in to help clean up any mishaps that happened with Derrik's boyfriend's band of thieves. Often time this band of thieves was asked to assist the Alpha Flight in their missions, and in return the Alpha Flight often supported them.
