wow, it seems like only a little while ago that we decided on Arcane to be the new mod. last time we had the opening at 25 was with kajaro being able to go on at work and me on the computer at home, he had access at the very least.
with kajaro no longer able to go on at work we must again seek a mod earlier than planed, as its now two of us on one computer.
some of you have already applied before and you may do so again if you so wish. but again you must have been on gaia for 6 months at the very least if you plan to apply.
responsibility's of a clan mod (just a few of them)
1. To enforce the gaia rules and TOS,
2. To help protect clan members Identity and prevent situations that would cause them to be unsafe. Safety tips
3. To assist in gaining knowledge about Gaia, not just about zOMG.
4. To guide threads to being entertaining and/or active by asking questions or starting conversations.
5. To add information in the guides (mainly the bestiary)
6. To move threads around, make announcements, sticky worthy threads that are in need for the clans attention.
7. To be leaders in zOMG events (crew leaders if multiple party's) this position means that your opinion will be referred to when something comes up.
8. To bump clan's thread on the first page of the CoB, to not just do an emote, or 'bump' but to strive for a conversation in the thread. to also encourage all members to post in the clan's thread.
9. strive to find new members. to give out invites and accept invites of people that show and interest to the clan
10. To help Clan's Captain and Vice-Captain come up with ideas for events, contests and other such things
11. to monitor the threads and try and be a peacemaker. to know when to lock a thread.
12. to move threads that haven't had a post in 10 days to the recycle bin
