Um.. yeah, something like that.
It's going to be a 5-part episode with one big storyline, kinda like a mini-movie, and it'll be broadcast over the course of five nights in a row (in the UK at least).

Well, I think the viewers need some closure after two of the main characters died and that should be the end of the show. I don't mind too much even though I like the show. I have a theory about most television shows, that they should end before they get old. I wish they would have stopped many shows well before they did. But there have been some shows, like Doctor Who, that have been going on for a long time but I don't mind. However, most of the time a series gets old after a while.

IMO, it is a pretty bad idea to turn 2009 into a year of a few specials only, without any content between easter and summer; and between summer and november... They should have timed it so that DW ran specials in one year, TW the other...

Now if they'd start airing Season 2 in the US. confused

I'd rather have five episodes of Torchwood this summer than wait until next year like Doctor Who. Wow, I didn't know Sarah Jane was still running, I thought it was done after the first season, lol. Sometimes the good shows do stick around. smile

I'm not liking this transition period. It feels too much like everything is slowing down. Nothing feels right in my BBC world a the moment. crying
