Listen guys,
I've had someone speak up to me as to what is going on, and I am actually disgusted. I've heard of people being disrespectful to their fellow sprocket. Now, I'm not going to name a name or names. That is not right to do at all. And what would that solve? Nothing.
But I will say flat out that Team Sprocket is not a place to get angry with one another..It is meant as a place for people to share good times with one another and their fandom for evolution items. Because of this and the recent events, I will be re-ramping the rules of the guild & thread. I would like to have your feedback on this endeavor guys, but to do this I need you guys to actually speak with me.
I was unaware of any issues occurring until someone finally spoke with me about it. Keep in mind, I can not be present in the thread 24/7, but I still care about you guys and the welfare of the group. With this said, I would PLEASE request once again that any concerns about the guild be PMed to me. I would like to work with you all to find peaceful and working solutions to help make this community continue to thrive.
Please check post two for the upcoming rule changes..These are important, and will be STRICTLY enforced within the guild and the thread. You may leave any comments or concerns about the rule change in the thread here. If you feel that you would rather not share your opinions here, contact me through PM. Thank you.

RULE ADDITIONS
1. Be respectful of your peers
(i.e.: Don't downright say to someone that something is dumb. People here do have feelings. Treat others as you would like to be treated.)
This includes, but is not limited to:
Communication (via the Guild and/or thread)
NOTE: Do not misunderstand, this is not censorship of expression. It is merely asking that if you're going to talk to talk to a sprocket be respectful of their own ideas, thoughts and opinions. For example, its ok to disagree on something but its wrong to flame them or to call them a name.
There will be people in charge of actively monitoring thread discussion and making sure problems don't erupt in thread. Who these people are for the time being will remain unnamed. You act disrespectful once you'll be politely asked to stop. Repeated offenses will potentially get you blocked from thread and kicked from guild.
It is ENCOURAGED that if people feel that there is something wrong going on in thread that they contact ME or someone else in crew to have it looked into. Your screen name will not be mentioned to anyone if you tell me or anyone else about the issue
2. DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE argue in thread or in guild.
It takes the entire thread offtopic and not to mention drags other people into it! If you MUST argue, please take it to PMs. You get caught arguing, and you will be told to take it elsewhere. Repeated offenses WILL result in a block from thread and to be removed from guild.

I disagree, if you named names, I wouldn't have to wonder if I was involved in the event you're speaking of.
I'm going to assume I was, and I still maintain that the occurace was a heated discussion, not an arguement.

I feel guilty because I'm unsure if I was a trigger to this or not... and I like to debate, not argue. >.>
Nonetheless... if I was involved, in my rare appearances in the thread... I'll ... stop?
At least there's something official saying not to be rude now... shweet.

Ah, this is disappointing sprockets ; 3; I thought we could all get along.
Hopefully this spells the end to all this nasty business, things are much more exciting when everyone gets along <3
