Hey, sorry i haven't been that active recently, i;ve just been lurking for awhile. =p
Anyway. My sister and I began watching season three over again last night, and I wondered again about a 4th season.
Lets make a compilation thread of any 1. speculation 2. possible proof 3. plot lines that could be continued, or anything else disproving or proving the possibility a 4th season.

It's been stated that it's unlikely, and if there is a another season it will be about a completely different set of characters.

well for me, there were still some un answered questions still lurking at the end of season three; main one being where is Zuko mom. It would be nice if they answered those...... lol them again, there is the live action movies...... so who knows

I don't think they are making a 4th. as for zuko's mom, maybe they didn't tell us because it's not very important. this way, you can have him find her how every you want...

yeha but they made a cliffhanger in the last episode, where zuko specifically asked his father where his mom was. So theres definitely a plot line there.

I'd like to know too but I just don't think there going to make a season aboutn it either. that would make much more sense!

I hope they do something with Zuko's mom! I would be fine with a movie or two. I'm not counting on the live action movies for anything, though.

Back when season three premiered, I read a magazine interview article with them and half the stuff they said never happened in the show (i.e. Aang not being the last airbender). Now maybe it was because the script wasn't written stone at the time and they were still playing with ideas for upcoming episodes but it just shows that you can't always trust creator comments. However, I would kill for more seasons.

You know that book that came out about Sozin's comet? Well, they had in an interview in the back, and they said it wouldn't be over, because the world had to be brought back into balance, and Zuko's mom had to be found, so I thought ok there's going to be a fourth season. I go on Avatarspirit.net they say there is no fourth season, and I was so upset...
