I was stumbling across Youtube one day and the user Tofugu made a video about some useful websites on where to go to help solidify your Japanese. He also explains in brief detail about each website.
His video is also in the link below.
Top 10 is here.
Over all I found it to be helpful. They also have a bunch lessons, tips, and whatever you can find about Japan on there.
If there's already a thread about this, Sorry. please delete or lock this.
Hopefully this helps you guys as well.

Twitter -- I personally hate the site with a passion, but that's just me Rikaichan -- Extremely useful tool that will basically let you read any Japanese webpage without knowing hardly anything about Japanese iKnow -- The best website ever for anyone trying to learn a language. Should've been number 1. crying I go there everyday, it's basically like a free, funner version of Rosetta Stone with a twist of social networking.
I didn't know about some of these sites, I think I'll go check out livestation and lang-8 right now mad D

I have a friend who teaches on EduFire.... it doesn't seem too appealing to me though. Plus I think some people charge....
I'd just go with Lang-8... Already popular. And you can make plenty of friends for Skype and such. I think they also have a partner site that lets you make voice and video entries in your journal....
Tofugu talked about it, but I dont think he touched on that... I really enjoy it anyhow...
