Who would win in a fight? An alchemist or a Ninja? Explain why. People can prove you wrong if they chose.

An Alchemist.
Ninja have Chakra, and so they have to keep their Chakra level in check while making sure that they aren't to exhausted.
Alchemists just fight until they're to tired, and they don't to worry about Chakra levels. Plus they kick butt!

I agree. Ninja have limits. Alchemist take all of their energy from the people that died in our world. They are invinsible... almost.

To me it all depends on who is fighting who. Lets say you get Armstrong Vs. a Kage, I believe a Kage has enough chakra and jutsus in his arsenal to kill Armstrong...but if you put Armstrong up against anything less, then he owns ^^.

Yes, but if its an alchemist against a powerful healer like Sakura or Tsunade, the ninja can heal their wounds, whereas an alchemist must suffer. Plus ninja can use jutsu to get themselves out of harms way, like a substitution or using a clone to gang up on the enemy or deseve them. They can also attack from below.
