Ed and Al finished the machine that would reopen the Gate back to their world. Soon they would be home...except...something went wrong. It always does. The Gate led them to a different world and closed behind them. Now in a world full of ninja, they must track down the second Gate that connects them to their world.
Naruto and the gang have just returned from Suna after rescuing Gaara from Akatsuki. Sasori has just died, his last words were the only clue to reaching Sasuke. But what's this, two new people in the Village. Can they help Team Kakashi get their missing member?
Rules
1. No over God Moding (avoiding all hits and being invincible and godlike) The higher your rank (as a ninja, the more you can god mode, why, because you should be more skilled than a genin if you get into a fight with one). Also, lots of training while in the guild, makes your character stronger. If you train a lot and you are a genin, you could very well beat a jounin or something.
2. No Auto hitting unless outside of battles or if it's not a critical hit
3. No Cybering ~AKA porn (Romance is in courage and the ripping of clothing is aloud, caressing, and groping, same with hinting that something happened if it did. You don't have to go into details.)
4. No wandering through other villages without Kage permission (Unless your a Missing Ninja or are on a mission of some sort, or if the kage of that village allows it)
>> >> If your character leaves the village grounds or country grounds (without permission or valid reason) you will be branded as a Missing Ninja and are liable to be killed at anytime by a shinobi that sees you.
5. No page stretching
6. No Bumping or Spamming in Role Play forums
7. Respect the Mods and Guild Captain.
8. When talking Out Of Character, aka OOC, in the Village Sub-forms, please use (), (()), [], [[]], or {}
9. Please don't Role play in a Sub-forms, without making a profile in the village you plan on joining
10. For a Kekai Genkai/Bloodline you MUST apply for it, same with summons, clans, as well as specific ranks (higher than Jounin or General.)
11. A shinobi cannot surpass the Genin rank unless he/she is AT LEAST semi-literate.
12. No Chat Speak while Rping. (nvm, lik, lol, k, luv, est.) [OMG is aloud.] If it's outside the RP,, then it's ok.
13. Even if you know something out of role-play, in role-play if your character doesn't know it, it doesn't know. If you are unsure, as the Kage/Mod of your village as to if you do know said article. What is in real life, stays in real life, and what is in role play, stays in role play.
14. Nobody under Jounin may have these jutsu: Raikiri (Lightning Blade), Kage Bushin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu), Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere), , Chidori Nagashi (One Thousand Birds Current), Chidori (One Thousand Birds) or any other jutsu over their level with out permission .
15. Cursed seals will make an appearance later being that they have to be created again.
16. Post should be 3 - 6 sentences. Unless either more, or there is an obvious explanation.
17. No more Jounins under the age of 16. Only certain exception's will be made. I.E: Good role-playing skills, trains hard, post's regularly. However this is a rare exception, please refer to the Vice Captains.
18. Being active gives you power; not coming in saying your a ANBU Leader, if there is someone way more active then you and are a rank lower than you then you will get your a** whipped plain and simple.
>> >> If you are new and your character is Jounin and you face a person that has been here for a month...nine times out of ten they will have better stats, techniques, and skills thus you will lose.
19. Even if you have mastered your nature element does not mean you can turn attacks of the same element back on the caster. Basically, physics still apply.
20. Try to make everything you do as realistic as possible. If a kunai cuts you, your character should be bleeding and your clothes should be sliced if your wearing any.
21. If a character wants to Learn Chidori, Raikiri, or Rasengan you must role play with the main person in your village that uses it. Which means a Kakashi or Sasuke for chidori, Naruto, Kakashi, or Jiraiya for Rasengan, etc.
22. You can transmute anything if you're an alchemist and it's in your field. Note: Passing through the Gate does not give you the ability to do transmutations without a circle. Also, Ninja from Naruto can't learn transmute things or use any alchemy
Mod Rules
Kages, Elders, Sannin, and Mods must follow.
1. All Rules in the Main Section Must be followed.
2. Kage of Villages must create their own Threads.
3. Must be extremely active.
4. Must be a good role players.
5. Enforce all Rules.
6. Help members around the guild.
7. Be in charge of their village.
8. Kage, Sannin, and Elder Profiles must be approved by me.
9. Don't let your power go to your head
