Riza arived, still looking around at everything in sight. This place was freakishly quiet and strange. She didn't like it and it made her greatly miss Roy's office back at Central. Even more so the man himself.

"Well, there are Commissioned Officers which range from the Fuhrer, who's the leader of the military, all the way to Second Lieutenants. I'm just above that as a First Lieutenant. I serve under a Brigadier General.
THere's also Enlisted Officers such as Sergeant and Warrant Officers, which are at the bottom of the food chain."
