Ari is one of the two elders of the Lunarie Tribe. He is (more or less) happily mated to Kazuki, the other elder, and cares greatly for his children, and his sister.
He, as is every other fox in his tribe, is nocturnal. This caused some problems when Sigal was growing up, as she was diurnal. He had to completely reverse his sleep schedule to keep an eye on her, which lead to him being rather separated from his tribe for a while. He does still feel a bit guilty about that at times, but he does not quite regret it, either, as he did not have to miss out on watching his daughter grow up.
As of late, he has become almost over-protective of his children. First there was his reluctance to let Sigal leave the Lunarie Tribe lands. Only knowing that she would be horribly unhappy there if she remained made him let her go. Then there was the incident where he met the mate of Twilight (his other 'older' daughter) and found out she was pregnant at the same time. This has culminated with his younger children: while he and Kazuki have decided to raise their children away from the tribe, Ari has taken a few additional steps that he believes will protect their well-being.
And, while his beliefs are not completely unfounded, one cannot help but wonder if perhaps he is not taking things to a bit of an extreme.
He tries to be a good brother, a good father, a good mate, a good elder, a good follower of the Moon Fox. The worthiness of those attempts, though, can often be questioned.

Rina is the leader of the Gypsy Clan. A wanderer at heart (something that has often caused difficulties between herself and her brother, Ari), the idea of her leading a group of wanderers is a recent one; one that she would not have thought of at all, had it not been suggested to her by another.
She is a heavily modified fox, with tattoos, piercings, jewelry, and even some scars (although those were not by her choosing). Her need to decorate herself is almost an obsession; deep down, she almost feels as if she could perfect herself, if only she were to have the right modifications.
Despite her highly decorated appearance, though, Rina is a very proper and formal modifox. She is respectful of others, despite her status as an elder. Furthermore, she is a deep thinker. Some times her thoughts wander into the philosophical; others, they are more practical, making her seem rather astute at times.
This talent of observation, though, is not something that she can call upon at will. Sometimes she is able to use it, and others, she cannot. There is no telling when her ability is there, or when it will fail her.

Sigal is the offspring of Ari and Heartbreak, from a forced mating. Color-wise, she takes more after her mother. Her markings, though, are more like her father's.
She spent her kithood growing up in the Lunarie Tribe. As she is diurnal, and the rest of the tribe nocturnal, this caused quite a few problems for her. Her father changed his sleep schedule so he could keep an eye on her, but that was nearly all of the social contact she had growing up. As such, she grew to see the Lunarie Tribe as a sad and lonely place, somewhere from which she had to escape.
Once she became an adult, she finally managed to leave the tribe, and headed out into the world of other diurnal modifoxes such as herself.
Due to the lack of social contact she had when she was younger, she is starving for love and affection now, so she is very outgoing, and quickly considers others friends, whether or not her feelings are reciprocated.
Despite having a less than pleasant kithood, she is still a rather happy modifox. The one exception is when it comes to her mate, Ame. Ame seems to be missing, which makes Sigal very worried. She deeply cares for her mate, and hopes that she is alright.
The lock on her choker is part of a "set" of modifications that she and Ame share. Ame wears the key on an anklet.

Vogue, as her mood says, is naughty. She enjoys good looking modifoxes. She enjoys flirting with them even more. She is particularly partial to females, for more reasons than she cares to get into.
Despite her naughty nature, a nature that some might call immature, she has a dislike of childish modis, especially ones who want to play kiss-tag with her.
Flirty, and yet almost haughty, the final aspect to her personality is an artistic one. She feels compelled to create beautiful things. Still, she does not feel called to any of the forms of art she has tried yet. She wants to know what her particular art is, before she tries to join the one tribe that calls to her, the Sanguine Syndicate.
(Note to self: she's thinking about maybe getting an ear-chain like Loki's, but strung along her tail somewhat like Mitora's.)
*Syndicate broke up, she haunts a new city, met Shaezelle, probably joining Phoenix. Art is something between poet/beatnick/rapper/drummer/thing. Words and rhythms are important to her*

Kalevi is the elemental leader of Earth in the Elementum Gens Tribe, and currently the only Earth-affiliated modifox in that tribe. He, as is the same with the other elemental leaders, is the last of his kind in the tribe, as all of the others killed each other in the tribe's constant civil war.
He hardly fits his mood of "Down-To-Earth". Perhaps a better one would be "cautious" or "paranoid". Still, one cannot quite blame Kalevi for his wariness: when there are so many enemies around, the sensible thing to do is be cautious of everything.
He has an extreme hatred of the other elemental leaders, as they are responsible, one way or another, for the death of all of his people: his family, his comrades, and everyone else. He is indifferent to the elder and the tribe guardian, as they have only recently come to the lands. He is equally indifferent to Lin: Pangaia claims that she belongs to the element of Earth, which is the only reason why he does not view her as an enemy.
Still, he is cautious of the kit, not knowing how much he can trust the judgment of the recently arrived elder.

Hala is the guardian of the Lunarie tribe. It is calm and distant, like the ideals that the tribe believe the Moon Fox to have. It knows that the Lunarie tribe is its land, but it has not shown its face to the tribe, preferring to guard from a distance.
Given recent tribe events, however, it has considered making its presence known to the tribe.

Aodh has two mommies, and is the result of a crackbreeding, resulting in Rina swearing that she will never eat another unknown plant again. For a 'deva, he's not all that bad, but he's not quite up to Rina's standards of good, either. He likes to steal things, especially shiny ones, so you had best keep your BCRs away from him!
*and now he is a daddy and holy crap this needs overhauling. Met Crys, bred, took the kids to meet Rina, and...that's about it I think*

Wesley is a fairly easy-going happy fox, but he seems to have taken more after Blue Mommy than Pink Mommy--he definitely does not have the energy nor exuberance of the latter.
Having grown up with four sisters and two mothers--in other words, a family composed entirely of females--he can't help but view any new females he comes across in a brotherly manner, thus meaning his romantic attraction is to males only by default. This gives him the distinction of being the first (and quite possibly only) Rea fox who is gay for a reason better than "yeah sure why not!"

Lee is a very loving fox and caring fox. As a kit, she seemed to be a more toned-down version of Pink Mommy. However, as an adult, she has seemingly surpassed her mother in terms of hyperness. Between her triplet-sisters and her friend Rickrack (whom she refers to as "Kikifox"), she also seems to have developed a rather...unique...pattern of speaking.

She's a 'deva, just like daddy, and even in her BCR, she seems to have picked up on some of his attitude already...
Since she was from a crackbreeding, her mother and father divided the kids among themselves. She was in the group that were raised with Mom. Arian and Rina pretty much nearly never saw eye to eye on anything; Rina tried to give her children a good education in "classical" matters, self-discipline, propriety, and self-reliance. Arian only ever cared about the last one, and as such, hated her time under Mom's care with a passion. She dealt with this by trying her best to torment her younger brother Caolan (difficult, considering how unflappable/indifferent he is at most times), and by dreaming about how she would go to Daddy once she grew up, and how life would be better there, since he (in her mind), would be more sympathetic to her.
As an adult, she's got an attitude to match her nature as a 'deava: the only person she cares for is Daddy, despite his...distaste, shall we say, for her. Her encounter with Ithica--a female 'daeva, and the first fox she met outside of her family--simply served to confirm that, and the two split on poor terms.
And then along came Jumoke.
Arian had wanted a modi as a pet since nearly as long as she could remember, and Jumoke fit neatly into that mold. Perhaps even too neatly; at first, Ju was ready to do nearly anything on Arian's whim. But now they have become somewhat more "normal"--while Arian still calls Ju pet, and Ju calls Arian Mistress, the two are nearly like normal mates. The Mistress/pet dynamic is still there, but much fainter than before.
And now the two have had kids. While Arian never particularly wanted kids, Ju did, so Arian agreed to go along with it. Arian is far from the most maternal fox ever, but she's putting in effort for Ju's sake, and taking on a nearly paternal role for the kids.
For the future, Arian wants her children to grow up well (she's fairly confident in this happening) and for Daddy to come to like her (which she doesn't hold much hope for, but still wishes for. And even if he remains lukewarm to her at best, she still cares about him.)

Having grown up in the half of the family that contains Arianrhod, his greatest wish in life is to find somewhere far away from other foxes, so he can live out the rest of his days in peace, quiet, and solitude.

Tuuli is obviously an air elemental, although she seems to have no knowledge of the former elements tribe. She loves the wind, high places, and the wind in high places, and sometimes wonders what her life would be like if she had been born a 'phim.
Her personality is flighty, often drifting from one topic to another with little or no warning, and she has trouble staying in one place for too long.
