Usual questions for crew applications include things like
Outline any previous experience you have in guilds (including serving on other crews, and as vice captain or captain, and any other initiatives)
Outline any previous experience moderating in other forums off Gaia
What challenges do you anticipate you will face as a crew member? How will you deal with them?
Explain why this job appeals to you, and any unique qualities you have that make you suited to it
Add any other comments, or a personal statement of why we should choose you.
Naturally after you've read their applications, it's also prudent to look over their activity levels in the guild and check how long they have been a member of the guild, and of Gaia. ^^
