With a reply that there was no one on radar, Captain Irving sighed. "They better not be alone out there," he muttered to himself. Seth Marvin walked up to his Captain, tentatively asking, "Are you alright sir?" The Captain looked at his deck staff and made a sigh, loosening his grip over the railing on the bridge. He took another deep breath and replied, "I am not sure Marvin. To tell you the truth I'm damn frustrated over this. I don't like being in..." He glanced around to make sure none heard him, "illegal space especially after my experience with the military." He gathered words to continue on, wiping his head which ached from the days of searching. "If a Military ship finds us, we're done for." Marvin did not give an answer to that. He nodded and held out his hand held monitoring module, "I checked the deck logs from the USG Ishimura before planet crack. There was a report of some killings planetside." Lawrence Irving took the module and examined the texts closely.

When Seth returned, Lawrence looked over. The Deck staff were too busy at work to actually acknowledge the engineer on deck. Captain Irving looked over to his assistant. "Thank you, Marvin. Your dismissed." Seth Marvin nodded and left with the two Deck Staff, resuming his position back on the upper levels of the bridge to view the status of the crew. Lawrence returned his back to face Hawkings. Grasping the railing as he looked into the deep space behind the glass of the Krios.

He looked over, sighing before answering. "James Hawking, I assume. Class 4 engineer previously assigned the USG Ishimura, am I correct?" Since the question was intended as rhetorical, Irving continued, "I checked your Data File and thought you were best for my situation." He straightened his hunched over position on the railing a tad. Waiting for an answer, when none came he said, "I have some association with Captain Benjamin Mathias of the USG Ishimura, but we never spoke often in the same room. I was hoping I could call you up here to answer a few questions of mine. I believe your file reports of a quarrel in which you had on the Ishimura which the Captain put down. I recall this as being a good firsthand idea of his methods as a crew of the ship."

Lawrence smirked slightly, reverting back to his flat expression as he turned around and walked forward, skimming through the data as he approached James. "From what I have here, Captain Mathias had collected the bodies from the planetside morgue off two shuttles but the last shuttle was denied take off before the Captain issued a No Fly order." He walked up and stood at 5' 9", looking at Hawkings with his question, "Would the Captain have disobeyed his order and picked up the final shuttle before planet crack if he issued such an order?"

Lawrence hesitated for a moment, giving a blank stare at James. He took a deep sigh, sounding half like a snort and replied. "There was a mass suicide on the planet, Unitologists." He turned around and walked back to his original place when James entered the bridge. "Answer my question now, would he go after the third shuttle and disobey his own order?"

Lawrence turned around, examining what he had. Mathias would disobey an order? That didn't sound right, yet he had to take the word of Hawkings for now. He placed a hand to his head and wiped the sweat from his brow. He turned and spoke, "Now knowing this, what was the point of his No Fly order than if he would be willing to disobey it for a shuttle full of damn carcasses?"

Lawrence grinded his teeth, scowling, "Answer my question Mr. Hawkins. This is imperative if we are going to find the Ishimura and find out it's situation." He blinked, his eyes slightly strained as he raised his voice ever so slightly when he spoke.
