is it permanent or can they can they be accepted back if they want to come back?
im the a VC for Second HeartBeat guild and we are doing an update on everything and noticed that there are ALOT of ppl whom have 0 posts..... i believe that some just have not had the chance to get on the guild (i was like that until this recent year).... and might be interested later once they see that they are being banned that is cause maybe they did not notice that they were on the guild in the first place....
im in charge of doing the clean house (well mostly cause i mentioned it) sweatdrop

After being banned, they can send in another join request after two weeks. Failing that, you can send them an invitation before those two weeks are up, and they can rejoin that way. smile

Usually people PM guild members saying that unless they reply to that notice and ask to stay they will be banned. Also you can add a message saying they are free to request membership when they are ready to be active.

my sis got bannd and has a good qwstion here it is
[Hello intellegent peoples. I hope you can help me out. Are you allowed to ban somebody without any warning? Secondly, even though there are no warning on 'absence' on getting banned. I was gone for appoximately 2-3 days because of some bad news with health & my mom. (I won't get into detail) And she flat out banned me. Is this wrong or right of her? I'm trying to PM her back to understand what went wrong; due to being a very active member in that guild.... so? My main question is.... what are the wrongs & rights of banning? Hopfully I can get a responce and my bro can tell me what you guys say. Thankyou for you're time.]

Captains can remove any person from their guild for any or no reason, with no warning, it's their guild, they can do what they want within gaia's rules

Lily is right - ultimately it's the captain's choice and no warning is required, but really, 2-3 days of inactivity is just unreasonable. Good luck in sorting things out. smile

Like has been said, Captains can pretty much do whatever they like, but I agree that is excessive (not that there is necessarily anything that can be done about it though, since it doesn't violate any rules). Though if I banned everyone who wasn't around my guilds for a couple of days, I wouldn't have very many members left.

lily564a Captains can remove any person from their guild for any or no reason, with no warning, it's their guild, they can do what they want within gaia's rules Be careful though, I know of one guild where the captain got a permaban because he was very strict and banned a lot of people. They complained to a mod saying it was a scam to get their gold even though the guild fee was quite small, the mod took it seriously and banned him.

Had I been that captain I would have been quite upset with that mod, actually. Even if the guild fee were astronomical the CAPTAIN doesn't get the gold for themselves. That seems like an abuse of power by the mod, but we probably don't know the whole story.
