Val walked through the forest with Ethan and Mao to head to the city, just to get some last minute things for dinner. She thought this was gonna go smoothly but why would she think that? Mao had been picking on Ethan and he would call her names and she would drop rotten fruit on him...it never stopped.
"Stop it before I send you two early to your graves!" Val said and glared at Mao.
Mao groaned and stopped, "Fine."
Ethan laughed and ran his hand roughly through Mao's hair. "Loosen up, Val. We were just having some fun.." He laughed and kept walking. He didn't see why he had to go with Val to the store.

 Cookie was out in the forest as she always was. This time she was trying to figure out what that odd night was really all about. She then heard voices. The female walked towards them and then stopped behind a bush. It was two demons and familiars.Tiger Lilly floated behind Cookie and once she saw the demons whispered in the Chandra's ear. "Demons. We better go on before they see us."Cookie shook her head. "No, maybe I should talk to them and learn about demons." Cookie didn't attempt to move yet though.

Ethan folded his wings and looked in Cookie's direction. Did those bushes just talk? "Val, I think we have a stalker...no wait...two of them." His ears twitched a little as he waited.
"Hmm? Well well then." Val looked over in the direction he was looking in. "Show yourself then, stalker." She was so nice about that but if the chandra failed to come out she would have to go in, and that could get messy.

Cookie looked to Tiger Lilly and gave a fake smile before standing up. "Oh, I'm sorry. I just didn't want to disturb you. I'm Cookie and I've never met a demon, let alone, two before." She then walked out to the open and gave a small bow.
Tiger Lilly floated slowly behind and didn't say a word. She wanted to go back. This just seemed dangerous.

Ethan watched the bow and just stood quietly, waiting to see what Val would do. No one seemed to breathe as they stared at her.
Val looked over the chandra then snorted. "Let's go, she isn't worth our time." She said coldly.
Mao eyed the fairy with Cookie then followed quickly after Val.

"Well, maybe you're not worth my time." Cookie then shrugged her shoulders and prepared to walk back the other way. If she wanted to talk to a demon these were not going to be the ones. She had hoped that all demons weren't so...rude, but if she was granted demon maybe she'd be the first.
Tiger Lilly shook a little as she didn't think that was the right thing to say. Still, it was too late and Cookie was leaving which was all Tiger Lilly wanted anyway.

Mao watched as the chandra started to walk off. Maybe she didn't get that demons are grabbed and chosen by darkness. Their nature is cold and thats why they were the way they were. "Wait.." She flew over to Tiger Lilly and smiled. "Why is it your owner is walking away? She gives up so easily.." She didn't mean it as an insult. Just Val wasn't as straight forward, Ethan was much nicer. "Why doesn't she just take a different approach?"

Tiger Lilly looked to the other Fairy. "Well, cause she knows better. I don't want her to get hurt or something." Tiger Lilly really didn't want Cookie to talk to the demons or become one, but then she still wanted her to be happy. "What do you suggest?"
Cookie looked over to see the two fairies talking. "Come on Tiger Lilly. I want to check out the lagoon see if it's warmer yet."

Mao had to think quickly. "Er..maybe a not too cheery approach? You know kinda like a "I was just curious.." Act like she is busy kinda thing, like she will just be on her way...Um..that will gain Ethan's attention..he likes the ladies." She winked and laughed.

"Okay, well thanks. I'm Tiger Lilly by the way." The fairy nodded before flying over to Cookie.
"Why not say you were just curious to meet them but you have better things to do?"
Cookie turned to looked towards the two. She wasn't so sure about that, but if Tiger Lilly was willing to go back then maybe she could.
So, slowly she walked back. "I was just curious but I have more important things to do anyway." She said what Tiger Lilly told her not thinking it would matter.

"Curious? About what?" Ethan was the first one to speak, before Val could rebel against the simple idea of talking to a Chandra with 'more important things to do'.
Val simply glared at the chandra, letting Ethan speak.

Cookie shrugged her shoulders. Even sure wasn't so sure what the answer should be. "What it's like to be a demon..." That was the best she could come up with. She thought about, why they were demons and other things but they just sounded silly. Cookie didn't want to sound silly.
Tiger Lilly sat on Cookie's back just watching.

Ethan had to hold back his laughter, she would have to go to ye all mighty elder to make that happen and even if it's a very painful experience. "What makes you think that becoming a demon is whats best for you?
Val giggled and kept walking, "Let's go Mao, we can catch up with them on our way back." Mao looked over to Tiger Lilly then quickly followed after Val.

Cookie just stared at Ethan for a moment. "That's not what I said. How did you...huh?" Cookie didn't understand how he knew that's what she wanted. She then blushed as it must have been apparent in her face. "I was told..." She didn't want to go more into it as she didn't know him and he most likely didn't care anyway.
Tiger Lilly waved goodbye to Mao.

Ethan laughed a little when she blushed and just folded his arms. "Eh, I could tell you weren't just curious to see what it's like to be a demon. It's written on your face." He scratched his head then turned back and watched Val and Mao walk away. "Anyway, hm..whats it like to be a demon...well...can you specify your question a bit more?"
