It's a large area for ninja to train in. There are several training grounds throughout the area. If you want to get stronger, you gotta train.

Shino and Kiba walked in.

They reached the training ground with minimal delays, most of those coming from the teens' urge to look in a shop window. The two paused, yet again, when they spotted the other people already there. But then again, what did they expect? The should probably find it even more odd that of all the people there, none seemed to be doing any training.

Hey...wasn't that Sakura? Ed turned to ask Al how he wanted to go about all this, only to find him gone. A quick glance told him exactly where his brother had wandered off to, and Edward smiled softly.

While Ed had been distracted by the number of people, Alphonse had been distracted by the dog. The younger brother wandered up to Kiba and grinned at the ninja, holding a hand out for Akamaru to sniff at, "That's a really neat dog...um...What breed is it?"

Edward stepped up behind his brother shortly after the question, raising the automail hand in a friendly wave. He was still missing the long sleeves he'd gotten so used to over the years, but Sakura and Al had insisted he get the odd sleeveless thing. It had a high collar, too, like a turtleneck....but not as tight...and nearly as annoying. The pants were fine, though, and he still had his boots so there was no need to deal with those odd open-toe things.

Hinata walked in and ran over to Shino and Kiba.

Unknown breed, huh? Oh well, the question had mostly been intended to just break the ice. He grinned again at the bark and knelt down to pet the dog, "What's his name?" Al glanced at Kiba, suddenly seeming to remember something, "Oh! Um. I'm Alphonse.." he nodded toward his brother, "That's Edward."

Ed returned Sakura's wave as Al had been too distracted by Akamaru to even notice their hostess was there.

"Name's Kiba...this is Akamaru."Kiba paused and looked over at Shino, who was in conversation with Hinata. "His is Shino and her name is Hinata..."

"Woof!"Akamaru was in agreement with his partner.

Akamaru look at the blonde boy and wondered if he like to play, so Akamaru ran towards Ed and knocked him down. Kiba just laughed as his dog started to lick Ed.

"...So what do you want to do Hinata? We could train if you like..."Shino glanced over to the commotion as he said this.

"I don't know." Hinata said, laughing at Akamaru.

While Al focused on the dog, Ed had continued to look over the training grounds. There seemed to be a good bit of space, did they have larger sparring matches here? He was so distracted by the planning of the match he and his brother had begun the day intending to engage in that he missed the introductions, his attention only drawn, finally, by the bark.

Suddenly the world shifted and Edward found himself on the ground under something large and furry...that was licking him...The alchemist flailed, though it did little good, muttering things about dogs and 'why him' whenever he could get his face away from that tongue long enough to form words.

Al just laughed, used to seeing animals react strongly one way or another to his brother.
