This is where Roy (Hiten-Katsu) does (doesn't do) his paperwork. Riza (Alice5130) and all the others also work in here. While his desk is by the window, their's is in the middle of the room, all connected, forming a kind of rectangular table  Becasue this goes by the anime, Roy has an eye patch over his left eye.

Rose walked in, gave Roy some coffee, and took her own mug to her desk. She nodded to Jean, blushed, and inspected her coffee.

Roy nodded a thanks and took a sip of his coffee just as Risa came in to the office, and stood in front of his desk. He gave her a tired lazy look, expecing her to pull out some paperwork he had to do from somewhere. But she didn't make any movements except opening her mouth.
"The higher ups are thinking about who they should elect as the next furer to replace Bradly."
"And?"
"Arn't you going to try to stand out or something?"
"Nope. If I do that, they and everyone else will think I'm being a suck up, thus lowering my chances."
Most of the other men raised an eyebrow. 'You are a suck up.' They all thought.

Rose rolled her eyes and stared dumbly at her paperwork. She crumpled one up and threw it at Jean's head, laughing when it hit him.

Suddenly the whole building shook and there was a loud crash from outside. Everyone grabbed on to something until it stopped.
Roy stood up and looked outside. "What was that?"

Blue bell rushed in from the library, and Rose stepped up to her.

"Hawkeye, check the werehouses," Roy ordered as he rushed out of the room to the courtyard.
Riza nodded and quickly left.

Bluebell pressed her body against Rose's and noted that her sister shivered from the cold automail's touch.
"What was that?" Bluebell asked nervously. Rose just shook her head.

"Check out the Courtyard and Library right?" Bluebell finished, raising an eyebrow. At Rose's nod, Bluebell turned and ran out of the office.

Riza entered the office. "Falman, Havoc, Breda, you three come with me to the courtyard. Fuery, Rose, you two stay here until Mustang or I say otherwise. Any questions?"
Jean sighed and lit another cigaret. "What will we be doing out there?"
"It has something to do with the earthquake doesn't it?" Falman ran a hand through his grey and black hair. Riza nodded. "Alright."
The three men got up to follow her.

Riza, Falman, Havoc, and Breda left for the werehouse without a word, grabbing their coats along the way.
