You've seen them before. You're driving, walking, biking, whatever, and there is a guy holding up a little cardboard sign that says "anything helps. God bless" What's your viewpoint on that? I say no, because maybe that person can get a job. Maybe they can't. But sitting there being and acting helpless won't help anyone.

I say yes and no. Some of them are actually poor, but a lot of them around here have jobs, or are lazy and admit they want to do almost nothing. Panhandling makes more than minimum wage and maybe even more. I thin too many people have abused it.

I once saw a person and they say they have been off work for like a long time. She said she also had 2 children. But, she was very well-kept. Hair in order, clean shirt, the paper she was holding to my car door was new, etc. So im not sure. For that i say no. But it pains my heart to see the real poor homeless people.

I don't see why people shouldn't be able to panhandle. As long as they aren't like cussing people out for not giving them anything. If people want to give them money or food or whatever then they have a right to do so.
