COme in here and we shall begin dicussion for those involved.
Links
gig/kei- Have another child boy named -enter name here later-
Gig/devil burrito cell- massive traning...i mean like every week 4 days of traning a mission that lasts 1-2 days and a day or two of rest before returning to training.
gig/shin/kei- -part a classified for now-, heavy ninjutsu traning
gig/amaya/raisuke/yumi- gig with help from amaya begin traning rai and yumi in hisakata yibai jikei.....amaya already knows it so she possess advantage over the two of you.
gig/shizuka/harumi- gig and/or harumi train shizuka heavily on taijutsu
harumi/shizuka- trains her in seductions when she issnt training in taijutsu....no rest for her always traning
kaijinbo/hitomi- teaches her to craft puppet's to make her self a replacement arm, and also teaches her to use puppetry, as well as other types of traning
kaijinbo/cronos- ....trains him in different stuff.....dunno exactly yet but train him in physcial things
gig/elruda- -part heavily classified-, become freinds, plot against marcus together due to -plot classified but another-
gig/all mentioned genin- on several occasions giglamehs will have them all literally attack as if trying to kill him for his own training as well as the others

Uhm.. we could use hints to know what the story idea of the time skip is.. without it a story will be difficult.

how far is this time skip going to be? When Katagi graduated, he went through a time skip ;_;...Katagi is going to be a old genin.
Edit: I'm sorry if I'm not supposed to be here! My lips are shut and I'll...just get going now. sweatdrop And it isn't a secret meeting since it was posted in the OOC, but none the less, I'm technically not supposed to post...so I apologize.

Well lets see I am not sure since as I said in the OOC Cronos really has no idea what is happening in the village since he has been in his own little world for along time (Preaty much the last time he talked to people was when gig ran off) yup that was the last time. One question when are we getting headbands since none of us have them .

giglamesh, kaijinbo, hyuomaru, harumi, or shishimaru.

jin- sorry but i doubt were supposed to reveal any thign story wise...all i can say is iwa wouldnt be affected much
katagi- its fine i didnt say only those invited could come, i said the names basiacly mandatory for them to come.
proto- basiclay its just this mention peices of story and entertwine them with those in story....so all the ends are tied up got it?
jin, yumi, amaya- gig will take rai as his student, and with help from amaya they will haelp traing both yumi and rai in gig's clan at same time.
Proto- gig and kei as well as shishimaru will help shin with ninjutsu, chakra and chakra control from shishimaru as she is uber medical nin and ninjutsu specialist
hitomi- of course durring war kaijinbo will help you crate a arm....he will ahve a thing with not makeing you one but haveing you make it oyurself...then he will heavily show you how to use puppetry
cronos- kaijinbo will......well beat the crap out of you to get you stronger...havent thought of much for you two, and you did recive headbands
shizuka- gig will train you heavily he will train the hole squad heavily...but will also give them breaks so they dont become obssesed with a quest for power as he wants them to fight to protect those important to them not form themselves....but where he dont train you....harumi will be....and she will train you to secude...as since the skip is three years im sure she would have some boobs by end of the skip XD
over all were working out minor detials if you have specific ideas or any that come to mind as interaction with other chars feel free to post them...basaicly in the first post you did on this page edit it like i did in gigs....detials can be added later since the skip wont be ready for a while best to work out the conections now

really I do not recall getting headbands well I guess I well say I get it after my training.
Well ok after some resting up and such I well have Cronos see Kaijinbo.
Cronos already is used to getting the crap beat out of him so I think it well this well be perfect for him. So I guess every day he well be training in order to get stronger than Shin and Rai. So I see Cronos as Lee now. (well no green jump suit and stange hair cut and eyebrows . )

Well I have come close to killing Cronos before so I guess that means in preaty much all of the training I have done before except the water walking. I guess that means Cronos is going to come close to death everyday. Well its fine Cronos does not need a Guy.
