i think that Jay Cutler is the most Phisically Talented but he is not mentally tough, i think tom brady is the most mentally tough but he is not the best phisical specimen i beleve Peyton manning has the best combo of brawn and brains to win.

Peyton is extremely over rated now that he's in all these Sony T.V. commericals.
You forgot Drew Bree's.
but I think the current best is Phillip River's winning 4 straight games including the game against Denver he's proven himself worthy or not. Donovan's been on fire lately especially when 50% of the time he is hurt he is still good he played for his career last night.

Peyton Manning I don't like him but he is good Tom Brady even though he is injured for like the whole season Donovan Mcnabb he has some highlights that make him a good QB Tony Romo he is good enough to play with an injury during a game Eli Manning,Brother to Peyton Manning(DUH) Maybe Shaun Hill(reason winning a game in the 4th quarter after throwing 3 interceptions makes him a good canididate) Kurt Warner even though I don't like him, he knows how to throw a ball deep down the field Kerry Collins who cares if he is old he knows how to throw the ball And last on my list is
BRETT FARVE(he been playing for years why wouldn't I have him on this list.)

Peyton Manning.
...The probable MVP, and the heart of the Colts.

Brett did not lose that game for the Jets sunday. If you have WRs that can't catch a lick, a defense that puts up double coverage but can't stop the opposing offense, and a coach who thinks he can call good plays and don't alter his offense for a veteran QB, then who's really at fault for the Jets losing streak?
I think your options are good, but if you look at the QB's overall career (and not just this season!) then my top picks are Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, and Brett Favre.

Two things cost the Jets a spot in the playoffs. The offensive playcalling, and the late struggles of Brett Favre. Thomas Jones didn't get the ball enough, and neither did Leon Washington. The play calling wasn't balanced either. The opposing defenses were not kept guessing. They knew what was coming. Also, the Jets went 1-4 in their final 5 games. In that stretch, Brett Favre threw only 2 touchdowns and 9 interceptions.

Meh, it's true Brett throws a lot of interceptions. He does quite a bit of quick throws, low throws, and long yarders that are up in the air (more like a few for this season). Still the way I see it, no one ever seems to be ready to pick up his throws except for maybe the opposing defense. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication on the field and I don't know if it's because of the lack of understanding in play calls, Brett's lack of better judgment under a different offensive system, or the WRs inability to make a decent play on a throw.

It's not the Jets' receivers. They have a great group that can catch the ball. Coles, Cotchery, Stuckey, Keller, Franks, Baker, Jones, and Washington. ...And I noticed that the Jets' playcalling did not have Brett throw downfield much, which was a huge weapon for Favre throughout his career.

Perhaps. I'm not entirely convinced, but I'm not rooting for a complete offensive change either. I just wanted Mangini fired and it happened. Whether Brett returns or not next season I'll keep an open mind about their talent. They basically need to work during the offseason on creating a consistant relationship with their QB whomever that should be.

The offensive coordinator called horrible games during the season, especially towards the end. And Favre didn't seem to play like his usual self towards the end. ...But I say try to get Holmgren to come back and coach with Favre in a renewed old friendship; for just one year.

I still don't like Mangini. As for Holmgren. As amusing as that would seem...ugh...I don't know. I'm convinced that he will sit it out for a year. Then again he may not. Still, I don't think the Jets seem to find any interest in him seeing as they are constantly trying to get Cowher which ESPN now revealed that he again refused and then they might turn their interests towards Spagnuola (however you spell that). There's also still Schottenheimer and I'm betting there's a chance for Shanaham.
