Ahh, bells jingling, halls decked, and carols being sung. Must be the holiday season. And as such, all the pocky owners and pocky boys have been invited to the Pocky Shoppe for a Christmas party. The pocky shoppe has been decked out in festive holiday decorations that... Smell good enough to eat... Amazing that they still seem to be warm even though its snowing and rather cold. Inside however is decently warm and is also decorated, the walls, the ceiling, everything is covered in what seems to be baked decorations by their smell. Even the tree seems to be baked. On the wall is a sign that says "Don't eat the decorations until after the party and you are helping with the clean up.".

Off to one side is a long table with several platers of christmas treats to snack on, eggnog, and holiday punch. Hanging innocently above the punch bowl is mistletoe. Several tables are set up in the middle of the room with festive tablecloths and centerpieces. Standing in the doorway to the kitchen is Ryuusei attired all in black save for a santa hat sitting on his head, seemingly keeping watch to keep people from disturbing Hika-chan in the kitchen... Or he was ordered to stay out of the kitchen so he wouldn't bother Hika-chan himself, and this was the next best alternative. Napping at one of the tables waiting for the other guests to arrive is Myst, even though she had agreed greet them as they arrived, she came early and fell asleep. And nowhere to be seen is the elusive Katashi...

Pocky placed securely within a satin-lined box hidden in the depth of his jacket's pocket, and assistant at his side, Kaneshiro was ready to make his entrance to what he thought would be a grand party at the shop. He had received the invitation just earlier that evening - the lonely demon had no one but dear Fai, the girl now standing by his side, to celebrate Christmas eve with. Not that he really cared much about the holiday, being what he was, but he enjoyed the atmosphere of crowded places. It was rare for humans to feel so joyous, forgiving, or best of all - generous. He was making a small fortune, as he always have, off of the season as customers came and went through his shop, picking out this and that to wrap up for dear ones or leaving behind orders for custom-made clothing.

"Hm, I wonder how those little boys are all doing." He murmured as he walked down the snowy sidewalk, blood-red eyes looking blankly into the distance. Fai laughed, causing whatever she was carrying in her arms to clink softly - glasses? "Be careful, dear - those are expensive."

"Hm, some how I sense darker purposes for bringing these," Fai drawled, sticking her tongue out and stepping gracefully out of distance as Kaneshiro reached out to playfully smack her arm. "Preposterous, I just want people to be in a good mood... that's all." He waved his hand in dismissal of what he said, though Fai could see that the lips of his normally tight lips were pulled up in a tiny smile. "I'm not sure if I remember all of them even... though I would like to see some of them again, to see how they have grown."

The two of them were dressed finely. Fai went for a much more spirited theme while Kaneshiro whore - much like Ryuu - black. A loose button-up shirt left unbuttoned from the chest up over loose black pants. His only holiday spirit could be found in the form of a jeweled snowman pinned to his collar. As soon as the two of them stepped through the door, Fai squeed quite literally. "Wow, it smells so amazing, Hika-chan must be working his magic in the kitchen again!!!!" The young girl said quite excitedly, closing her eyes as she breathed in deeply the aroma of the shop. "But..." A small pout formed quickly over her lips as she saw Ryuu. "Ryuu-san looks scary... I don't think I can go visit Hika-chaaaaaan... Kaneshiro-sama, will you go distract him please?"

"Is that your sweet-tooth speaking? I doubt that Hika-chan will let you try anything early even if you do get past Ryuu... but I will go say hi anyways. Go put the good stuff in the corner before you try to sneak into the kitchen - we don't want the kid to accidentally try some now, do we?" He knew about Puck, as did she. The two shared a smile as they split ways. "Ryuu, you look absolutely thrilled to be here." He greeted the man with a laugh as he approached, a broad smile on his face and the corners of his eyes pulled into laugh-lines.

Snow white tail flicking as deep violet eyes narrowed to slits before the girl tilted her head back and sniffed delicately. Down the street and to the right her mind supplied, and her feet began to move of their own accord even as she tightened the clasp on the white fur lining her shoulders to keep out the cold. Tucked in a concealed pouch at her hip, was the pocky secured in its lined box. Secure and out of the reach at the moment. Which was all for the best considering she had been forced to hide it, lest her or her adopted son decide it would be better eaten than left alone.

Don't eat the pocky, that had been the first instruction she'd been given no doubt as a warning after she'd flicked her tongue over her lips at the first scent of all the baked goods. Can't help being a wolf, she thought ruefully smoothing the white pelt around her waist. No sign of any feel of the holiday spirit for this one, after all, what did she care about a human holiday? Tapping one clawed finger against her lips as they curled into a smile she paused before the shoppe's doors taking a moment to take in the scent of the baked goods outside.

"If outside smells this good, I really need to see what inside." Pushing open the door, Shili didn't even bother to fight down the grin as the wave of new and decided pleasant scents assaulted her nose. Taking care to get as much snow off of her feet and fur before stepping in, Shili's eyes flicked to the sign on the wall and she gave a sigh of despair. She had been hoping to at least sample something before the party got started. Oh well, there'd be plenty of time for that.

Right now, she looked around the room spotting the visible lack of guest, she would have to find something to occupy herself with until the party started. "This is what I get for coming early."

One clawed hand moved to rest on her hip as she moved through the room, her feet bare save for the fur wrapped around them from knee to ankle. (She'd never seen the reason why humans made so much fuss about shoes anyway.) Dark violet eyes dancing with amusement she stayed away from the long table piled with its many temptations and instead focused her attention on the guests that had already arrived.

One delicate sniff identified one as a demon, the other...she wasn't too sure about thus she'd simply settle for keeping an eye on them if only to quiet the wolf. Drawing her attention from them she cocked her head to one side before an amused grin crossed her face, someone had fallen asleep. She didn't doubt it was the host, and thus she'd avoid that particular area until the other guest came. Thus this left her with nothing to do, and a wolf with nothing to do was a mischevious wolf.

Kiyoshi was riding on his Daddy's shoulder, far above the ground which kept his feet from getting cold from the snow. He was so very interested in the journey they were on. They were going back to the shop that he had come from, where Fenrir had gotten him. He felt his heart racing in his chest as they approached the door and he tightened his hold on Baldric in anticipation... he wasn't sure what to expect inside. As such he was a little surprised by the warm atmosphere inside. Everything looked so nice, smelled so nice.

Baldric lifted his hands up to take hold of his son around his tiny waist and lowered him to the ground. His feet touched ground, boots tapping against the floor and he brushed off the little bits of snow that clung to his coat before looking around, "Smells good in here." He murmured. There were people present already which had the pale boy sticking closer to his giant of a father, holding tightly to his hand even though he wanted to look around, "Pretty too, all the colors... I think Fenrir would like it."

He wished that his sister had come too though he couldn't say that he wasn't happy to have been able to pick out his own clothing for the event. Unlike his sister who loved to dress herself like a rainbow he'd picked black pants and boots, along with a green and gold tunic shirt. He preferred to keep it simple... something that was lost on her.

"It does." Baldric agreed, looking around but didn't recognize anyone straight away... though he only really knew one other person that had a child who's origins were the same as Kiyoshi, "You can look around if you want, I will hold your coat."

Kiyoshi looked up at him, a little unsure but handed over his thick, white winter coat before slowly creeping forward to look more closely at everything in the pretty shop.

The soft jingle of bells attached to the door of the Pocky Shoppe stirs Myst from her slumber. Yawning, she took a moment to realize that not only were there guests... But that she hadn't gotten up to greet them like she'd promised Hika-chan she'd do. So she promptly stood up from her chair and navigated through the tables first to Fai since Kaneshiro had gone over to Ryuu.

"You guys are early, I was sure nobody was going to be here for a while still." she said sheepishly, rubbing a bit of sleep out of her eyes. Obviously she had been hoping for more sleep. She waved over as other people started entering the shop, "Welcome!" she called out to them, doing her job as greeter.

Ryuu watched Kaneshiro as he came over to him and smirked at the man, "I'm always thrilled to be here..." he gestured to indicate the kitchen doorway, "But of course, I'd much rather be in there." he said, motioning inside the kitchen where Hika-chan was making food for the party with ease and speedy efficiency, occasionally can be heard him asking for someone, likely the elusive Katashi, to hand him something.

"Hika-chan told me I wasn't allowed into the kitchen until all the food was made." he said with a deep sigh and a slight slump which made the santa hat on his head slip down a little covering his face for a few moments before he righted it on head. "Hika-chan told me to wear it." he commented absently with a loving, but slightly annoyed at the inconvenience of it, smile.

In the chilly, winters night air, a man could be seen walking to a bakery, two boxes with small engravings in his hand and pocket. He had received an invitation, for a Christmas party held by the patisserie and his, well, the dark haired man could only assume lover."It must be nice, to be in love on this holiday." He muttered, approaching the door. The man, Lorenz, pushed it open, the smell of freshly baked sweets everywhere, literally he could see, noticing that yes, every decoration was food, this made him glad he hadn't asked his younger brothers to come along. He looked around at who had come, to make sure he wasn't late. Lorenz began to shrug his coat off, before realizing he didn't know where to put it, seeing the greeter, he thought to ask her. "Excuse me, is there somewhere to put my coat?" He removed the two boxes from where he had placed them in his pockets, he had a feeling he'd need the slightly more square box on hand.

"I suppose this isn't the most subtle outfit that I could have worn," Fai muttered as she walked towards the darkest corner of the room, deep in thought. She was referring to her sequin-covered green dress that sparkled with each step. Thankfully the light dimmed as she approached her destination, though some of the sequins obstinately continued to twinkle faintly, winking at any eyes that cared to follow them. Carefully she deposited the box she was carrying unto the ground, smiling as she straightened. "This ought to do it... I don't know why Shiro-kun would bother bringing his own wine..." Fai muttered as her eyes roamed the table laden with eggnog, punch, and a variety of delicacies. "It would almost seem rude... but I suppose Ryuu-san wouldn't provide any liquor for a party that little children are bound to turn up..."

And talking of little children, one has already turned up! He must be one of the pocky boys!!! Myst's greetings called her eyes to her, and she ran up to the girl to give her a quick hug from the back. "Haha, I knew Ryuu-san would make you greet the guests, Myst-chan!!!! He and Shiro-kun are exactly the same... they're both such slave drivers!!!!" She said, giggling. "Though... want to sneak into the kitchen with me? I want to see Hika-chan and... ask him for some fresh treats." She whispered, furtively glancing at Ryuu to see if he was fully engaged in conversation with Kaneshiro. As Lorenz approached Myst with a question, she quickly appraised the man with a glance, moss eyes twinkling with mischief as they raked past the man's face. [[no idea what he looks like lol]] "And then we can prank the guests after."

"Of course, Hika-chan. How's he doing?" Kaneshiro said with an acknowledging smile. "He must have been working hard..." His eyes swept around the room once, looking at the assortment of treats hanging about. "And I suppose Katashi's in there somewhere as well?" This question was followed by a soft chuckle. Though he didn't know any of the pocky boys particularly well, he has gathered scraps and pieces of information from passing conversations with Ryuusei. Some of them simply tickled the demon... their behavior at times could be said to mirror Ryuu. [[lol]]

"How much food does he plan on making anyways?" He asked after a brief pause, looking at the mountain of pastries and delicacies piling up inside of the kitchen. "They sure look delicious though... Hmm... is anyone else allowed in the kitchen?" He asked casually as he caught a flash of green from the corner of his eyes. Fai has too much energy... as usual. I knew we shouldn't have stopped for coffee on the way here... Kaneshiro thought with slight resignation. He glanced up as Ryuu mentioned the caught and the corners of his mouth twisted into a wry smile. "The look suits you... Though I wouldn't advise for you to wear that too often, you are welcomed to wear it to a shoot anytime. I'm sure some of your fans will appreciate your uh, holiday spirit. You know," the demon sighed as he stuck his hands into his pockets. "Lately half of the letter we get is about you - Ryuu-san this, Ryuu-kun that. You sure you don't want something along a press session to announce that you are not officialy affiliated with us? I mean, the letters... I would pass them on to you, but... I would need to borrow a couple menservants first to carry all the stacks to you."

He was half-joking, though his tone and face remained completely serious.

Kiyoshi gave a little jump at the greeting called out to everyone by a woman off to the side. He turned to look her way, lifting a hand up to give her a wave and a smile before he moved along slowly taking everything in. He couldn't help but giggle when he saw a sign that said not to eat the decorations.

Not something he'd ever thought to see on a sign... it got him to inspecting the decorations more closely, rather curious about the one who had made them. He looked over to the people talking, wanting to ask about it but... they were all talking already and he felt a little intimidated. The only one among them that looked somewhat less so was the man wearing the santa hat.

He was also standing in front of the kitchen... maybe... maybe he was the chef? He tilted his head to the side before he started slowly toward the man, remaining quiet and a little cautious.

Little feet mushed loudly on soft snow as one figure hurried to his place of origin while the other tried keeping up. A warm chuckle on his lips, Xan called after his charge shaking his head in the process. "Puck slow down you'll slip there's ice everywhere." He called but the boy was far too happy to be out and about.

As expected he clipped a bit of ice and lost his balance slipping and sliding all over the place. Xan quickly caught up to steady the boy lifting him from the ground to carry at his hip. "Told ya." Puck only giggled pointing to their destination across the street. "I hear ya, lets go."

And with that they hurried to seek shelter in a warm inviting atmosphere. At a first glance, Xan had no clue of what was going on but closer look produced a warm little party taking place. Maybe this was to get everyone together for a meet and greet. Xan wasn't on for places like this but knew Puck was of a different mind. Almost like clockwork the boy was pushing to be out of reach wanting to move on his own. Setting him to the floor he removed his orange and black coat always demanding his most favorite colors. Puck wore simple jeans a stripped shirt with specks of orange, white and various other colors he opted for.

"Alright there ya go. Watch' your manners or no treats before bed tonight." Puck nodded at his father and quickly scanned the crowd for anyone he knew before walking aimlessly around. Xan on the other hand was content to sit in one of the booths and relax while everyone moved about.

Stopping only to brush snow from a single coatsleeve, the other sleeve for some reason cut away below the shoulder, on his not-so-white coat Shun eyes the entrance of the pocky shoppe as if the door would open into a trap ready to swallow anyone that set foot on the threshold. Shaking such fantasies away, this wasn't the backstage of the theatre after all, just the same shop he'd visited not too long ago, he reaches up to push open the door and step into the very welcome warmth.

A quick look around tells him he knows not a single one of the faces and backs his eyes land on (but who would a theatre 'geek' know these days anyway besides props and costumes?) Shun taps snow from his boots quickly before setting foot past the doorway for a better glance around the place at the decorations, baked even? Snazzy.

Hm, a man in a Santa hat talking to another near the doorway, kitchen from the looks of it, a couple children, some women, quite a mixed crowd. At second glance he realized the Santa hat-bearer is one of the shop owners, Ryuu or something of the sort? Well then, at least one semi-familiar face inside, though where the other owner is would be a question.. inside that kitchen maybe? Well in any case he keeps a little out of the way of everyone that seemed to be doing a fair job of mingling and just watches from the side for the time being.

Kiyoshi heard a voice that was very familiar to his ears and he found himself pausing mid step. He turned to look over his shoulder, silver eyes going wide as he saw his friend with the tri-colored hair standing there, "Ah... Puck." He murmured, sounding a bit excited... then stood there looking back and forth between his friend and the tall man in the Santa hat. He was really torn now which he wanted to go to, if he went to Puck he wouldn't be able to compliment the one who had cooked all the pretty treats... but if he went to the Santa Hat Man then Puck might think that he didn't notice him or was ignoring him.

Neither sounded very good but he decided that he should go to Puck first. After all if he teamed up with his friend they could both go and talk to the Sant Hat Man, it would make it easier to approach him too. A team effort in talking to an unknown adult was something that Kiyoshi liked the idea of as he was a bit uncertain when it came to strangers. He turned around, lifting up a small hand into the air and waved it rapidly, "Hello Puck!" He called out, hoping to catch the attention of his friend.

It had been a while since he'd seen him, since they met in the snowy weather a few weeks back and they had to part ways quickly when the storm got to strong for them to deal with.

Puck perked up at the sound of a familiar voice and even more so at the familiar face. He gave a chirp of laughter and quickly jumped forward with a hug and an unexpected lick of the boy's cheek. "Kiyoshi!" He confirmed the only words capable of coming from his lips.

"Kiyoshi, here too." He offered and pointed to his daddy who stood near the door. The man smiled down at Kiyoshi with a quick ruffle of his hair.

"Hey there little one, is your father around?" He wondered, it was best to let the boys socialize while he went to socialize with the adults. Upon asking such a question he noticed the man and gave a hearty hello, then melted into the crowd toward the man.

Puck gave a slight tilt of his head but shrugged turning his attention to Kiyoshi who he began to dance around not at all sure why.

Kiyoshi gave a happy sound when his friend came over and gave him a snuggle back, flushing a bit at the unexpected lick. He lifted a hand to touch his cheek then gave another giggle at the strange sort of greeting, "Its been so long!" He said, so glad to be able to see his friend again.

He looked up at Puck's dad when he asked a question of him and pointed over to where his Daddy was standing, off of the side and out of the way so that he didn't get in anyone's way. Once his task of pointing out his Daddy was done his attention all belonged to Puck again, "How have you been?"

Baldric gave a hello to the man who was coming over toward him, glad to have some company while he let his son wander the shop. He was kind of glad to see that now he had someone his size to roam with.

Puck smiled nodding his head. "Puck good." He replied back to his friend's question still as brief with his words as ever. Though as he spoke his eyes had been scanning the establishment excitedly. Who was the strange man in the red hat? What did he do? Pointing, Puck hoped Kiyoshi would know giving a curious furrow of his brow. "Candy, cookies..." He offered indicating he was in the mood for his usual dose of sugary confections.

Kiyoshi gave a smile, "That's good." He murmured, glad to hear from his friend that he was doing good. After the way they had parted last time he'd been a little worried but he looked as though he were in great shape, "Good." He murmured again, smiling softly.

He found himself following Puck's curious gaze, over to the man with the Santa hat that stuck out somewhat in the crowd because of it and he gave a little shrug to the unasked question, "I think... hes maybe the cook?" He guessed, after all he was standing in front of the kitchen so what else could he be?
