I talked with serene38 by PM. Neither one of us can get to the DC Forum. I get the same TechnoServ screen you posted. I was going to try speaking with PF13 but she's not on right now. Neither is Lokumun. Maybe BlackShadowmon knows something and will respond to this topic. The good news is the cave itself is still up.
ETA: You happen to have an email for TJ? I always use the PM feature on the forum.

serene38 Well heck, it won't come up for me even with your link. Ditto. Where are you located (General Location)? Are you able to post? Can you see who all in on the forum? ETA: Just wondering if it is a access problem. I'm in Washington state and serene38 is in Texas. Don't know about Quint.

Well, it seems to be working just fine for me right now. Maybe it is related to the fact TJ bought a server and was going to be moving to it. I don't know what was going on with that, just know that he bought one and said so back in the beginning of Dec. There is currently a thread going on in the Help section of the forum, and a couple people say it happens all the time, but I'm not a regular on that forum so I wouldn't know. If you can view it here's the link http://dragcaveforum.technoized.com/index.php?showtopic=32699.Honestly, every time I've ever seen something that says the site doesn't exist and something about the domain, it's normally that the bandwidth was exceeded or for one reason or another the service provider is cut off from the site, so it's not sending information to or from your computer. Again, I'm not sure on any of this, it's just my two cents. 3nodding

I am not sure about you guys....Every time someone said it was down it was working perfectly for me. Though, I am not a registered member and was not posting, just viewing the topics.
