Rules. MAIN RULE: ANIME AND VIDEO GAME CHARACTERS ONLY MAKE YOUR PROFILE USING A ANIME / GAME CHARACTER FROM WHICHEVER ANIME/ GAME YOU WANT! NO DOUBLE CHARACTERS (more then one person with the same character) **** NOTICE**** ANIME Is anything that is Animated!! However the only thing that we do ask for is that the Anime your getting your character from weather it be American or Japanese, that they at least employ some Japanese styles such as shadowing and other items. As far as video game characters, nothing goofy like... Spongebob or something thats just to childish to be taken seriously. **********



1. Keep as clean as possible *since i know most of us already know what certain things are I advise you all to keep it at least PG16 PG17 max*

2. Romance is allowed. O.o you can be BF and GF. Heck if you all want to you can even marry.If your ganna take it to a diffrent level with your significant other.((note if you have more then one profiles then you cannot make them bf or gf or marry them, Partners are only to be made with another player))... dont describe anything just say they woke up together the next day after a wonderful night or something that is PG ok.*that should be enough to get the point across* *BONDS happen with a symbol of Union! AKA: A kiss!*

3. Pics are allowed as long as they arnt dirty ones. If your in doubt Use Photobucket pictures. Gaia put the link in there for a reason so why the heck not use it. IF your still in doubt PM me the image and ill tell ya a straight yes or no on it.

4. Swearing is allowed to some extent. Use restraint on the words dont make it a habit and use these words on every sentence. once every now and then is ok since we pretty much hear these words since we are a very young age. and the whole freedom of speech and what not...

5.You may have 3 profiles, however the two profiles cannot have any relationships with eachother (they cannot become boyfriend or girlfriend or marry or anything like that.) They cannot revive eachother only your partner (which has to be another player in the RP) can revive you!. Forms of Bonds can only be shared with other players no exceptions!

6. No advertising.

7. No begging for stuff like your life.

8. The powers are limited to what your anime or video game character can have. and you are only allowed ONE special power per character that you made up. ONLY ONE. and it cant have a instant kill thing. If your married or dating, then you can create 2 extra powers that can only be used when your with your mate. and 1 extra power that can be used with close friends

9. ABSOLUTELY NO GOD MODE Everyone has limits even anime and video game characters. They can all die and they all get tired. Dont let the Guardians/Gods of Quasar catch you trying to be a GOD or they will have to correct you on your mistakes.

10. Forbidden powers are immortality, and anything that causes instant death.

11. No Power stealing * if someone calls their power blue storm, you cannot choose that name for your powers.*

12. You can combine powers with your wife, husband, BF, GF, or even your friends. This makes you stronger

13. The Guardians/Gods Decide when your character has received too much punishment and dispatches their soldiers of death to collect your soul. all you got to do is just fight.

14. Revival is possible however you need to have a BF/GF or Wife/Husband to do this. *only one is allowed maybe two depending on the circumstances *

A few years after the events that occurred in the planetary system known as Quasar. Things have returned to normal, cities started to rebuild and prosper. both planets grew greatly in the years and established a trade route with eachother. All seemed perfect untill the day....

"Keep Digging men! I'm sure these ruins have some good stuff under them! Dig!"

"Sir! I found something!" a digger announced as he hit a shiny metal.

"This... is just a old sword!" he said as he picked it up "Hmm might be worth something but still not. much" he said as he swung the sword, unleashing a powerful blast of energy demolishing a sector of the ruins instantly
"Amazing!" he said as he held the sword in his hand. "Its almost as if i can feel the power flowing through my body..." he said as his body began to be filled with energy. "THIS POWER!!!!!!!!!!"

With this event a dark cloud grew over head for the peaceful times that Quasar started becomming accustomed to.

The Guardians/Gods of the planets gathered. The God of time Approached.
"This is not good. yesterday a great danger presented itself. A mortal has found a sword left behind by the warlord. Upon grabbing this sword, the fragments of one of the swords activated enpowering all monsters and mortals that have come into contact with the fragments. At the current rate, the planets will become overcome by the powered up beast, and humans. We must put a stop to this right now before it gets out of control like the last situation a few years ago... Recruit some more people into this world, bring them through the space time continuum to aid us before it becomes to late!"

And with that, a new set of heros began to be ripped from their worlds to help the planet Quasar in its dire need.

Character Background: She had just finished her adventures back in her world and was laying around one day thinking about Emil. She sighed, wondering what it was he was up to when she saw a portal or something appear in front of her. Out of curiousity, she went to it and found herself in another world alone.

Special power: Regeneration: she has 10 spare lives and can regenerate if she dies. (Thanks Piro for stocking up on those extra lives)
Character Background: This version of Pirogoeth is a game character in a MMORGP called Dark Woods that is played by Piro and Largo. Piro and Largo had been playing the game as their characters (Pirogoeth and Largo) when they lost the ability to get to the game any more. After a while, time went on and they were never played again. Piogoeth had been in the middle of a quest with Largo when they suddenly stopped being used. Over time, she kept gaining in strength, but didn't see much action. A portal to another world opened up and she had the option of either staying in the MMORGP that she was no longer used in with Largo or go into the portal and go on a new advnture.... She chose the new demension.

The last time she opened her heart up to some one they ended up betraying her, so now she keeps her thoughts and feelings generally to herself. Powers: Superhuman speed and strength, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, "Charm" (bend the weak-willed to his will) change into a mist form, superhuman leap, "floating decent" (slows down falls to land silently), invulnerability to sunlight, and "Bat Flight" (transform into a swarm of bats and fly towards the horizon). Bat Flight takes a great deal of concentration and magic to accomplish, so it is not often used.
Special power: Y'know, he... He really doesn't need one.
Character Background: Just after Kain (unwillingly) killed Raziel and trapped his spirit within the Reaver, he had been preparing himself for the final battle against the Hyldin when he, too, was "ripped" away.

Extra info: Like all vampires from his world, Kain is very vulnerable to water. A light rain will weaken him, total immersion will kill him. It is a weakness he will try very hard to keep a secret. Also, he can only feed on the living; once a victim has perished, it's blood becomes "dead blood," and not fit for consumption. Therefore, Kain only drains the blood of incapacitated (but not expired) individuals.

Weapons: For actual combat she uses her giant iron fan that, in addition to serving as a makeshift club, can be used to glide upon in order to intimidate her foes. Inscribed on her fan are three purple circles spaced equally across its length, which she calls "stars" or "moons". As she opens the fan to reveal each star in sequence, the fan's power increases greatly.
Powers:
Cutting Whirlwind Technique: Using her fan, Temari can create concentrated gusts of wind mixed with chakra, creating a windstorm that slices through objects in a targeted area. Temari can control the windstorm with chakra, allowing her to catch her opponents in slicing tornadoes.
Great Cutting Whirlwind Technique: This jutsu can deflect physical and sound wave attacks and attack at the same time, making it both an offensive and defensive jutsu.
Dust Wind Technique: A jutsu where Temari blows a wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. The technique is used to destroy an opponent's footing in areas requiring solid agility. Wind Release: Severing Pressure: The technique alters weather conditions temporarily and attacks from the sky rather than from the person, but there is no indication that this technique does not use the user's chakra. The storm clouds that create the attack dissipate immediately after the tornado begins while the tornado continues in a highly concentrated state.
Summoning Technique: Whirlwind Dance: This is one of Temari's most devastating techniques. She summons Kamatari; a one-eyed, sickle holding weasel, who after its starts moving becomes invisible to the unaided human eye. It can cause a lot of damage in a short amount of time, in which one time it cut down an entire forest in a matter of seconds
Special power: Temari created another jutsu where she can summon wind using her iron fan to form a impenetrable, spherical, but also slightly invisible and silent barrier around her to protect her from another person's attack or just to stay in a safe place to catch her breath without worrying about a surprise attack.
Character Background: Temari is the oldest child of the Fourth Kazekage, making her the older sister of Gaara and Kankuro. Temari is generally overbearing, if not crude, toward those around her, rarely afraid to speak her mind. Temari does have a caring side, and is not above showing concern for others. Temari also seems to value peace, as she questioned the reasoning of starting a war with Konoha. Temari is a keen analyst, and can easily deduce an opponent's strategies and weaknesses soon after a battle begins. Temari became a Jonin along with Kankuro, and acts as a liaison between Sunagakure and Konoha, working with the village in preparations for the next Chunin Exams. She was traveling between Konoha and Sunagakure on a mission when she was mysteriously pulled into this world.

Weapons: A short spear that Etna can extend at will, or make it transform from a spear to an axe or a hammer ((that's what I got from the bit of the anime I've seen, at least)).
Powers: Some sort of dimension warping ability that allows her to pull things (such as her spear and phone) out from behind her back or out of a pocket that she simply doesn't have, Prinny Raid (calls in a prinny air-strike), Sexy Beam, Chaos Impact, and a few destruction and/or fire oriented spells.
Special power: Beauty Queen Blitz (Combines the powers of all the females on the team into one big blast.)
Character Background: Etna has been enjoying her new position as the Beauty Queen Overlord (despite the nearly overwhelming amount of paperwork), until she heard Laharl had revived from his Prinny state. She was just starting to plan out how she'd keep her title, when it seemed that he had just simply vanished. Thinking that she'd caught a lucky break, Etna was all set to just kick back and enjoy her power...

However, after the events leading up to and in Celestia, she might just admit a new found respect for the Demon Prince.

Powers: As a dhampir, he's able to have vampiric strength, speed, and senses. And also, along with his shapeshifting into a bat, wolf and mist, he has the following spells:
Summon Spirit - the ability to summon a spirit to aid him in battle should he need extra assistance.
Hellfire: Alucard is able to create 3 fireballs which are able to ignite opponents into an unquenchable flame.
Dark metamorphisis - this allows Alucard to become a shadow, and attack anyone with any form of shadow he finds. Even stabbing an enemy's shadow will inflict a mortal wound.
Soul steal - when Alucard uses this, he literally sucks the life out of his enemies, and can grant life back into himself or his allies.
Tetra spirit - Alucard, when this is enabled, is able to gain defensive power through mental reasoning.
Sword brothers - this power will allow Alucard a special blade which will allow him to summon a large blade that can enseal an opponent inside an insignia, allowing Alucard a piercing blow to the heart.
Special power: Negative light. Almost the same as Sword brothers. Except the insignia is then directed towards his opponents, and fires a ray of dark light which incinerates anything it comes into contact with.
Character Background: Right after Alucard had taken back his home from his father, his life was at ease with his beloved Maria Benard. Then, when all seemed peaceful in his life, he was torn away from his home VIA a strange surge of magic.

Raijinken: Attacks with lightning. When on the ground, he creates a bolt of lightning. When in the air, he creates a ball of lightning that home in on the nearest opponent.
Raizan : Attacks by slashing his sword unnaturally fast into thin air, creating a wave, that can attack three times at once, each attacking up to a 2-chain
Midare Zantou: Ryoma, in a ball of lightning shoots up into the sky, toward a nearby opponent, carrying him/her up as well, then brings him/her down in an exploding finish.
Tenchi Ryoudan: Hover above the ground and creates golden crescent shock waves by slashing his sword unaturally fast, homing on the opponent.
Special power:
Tanegashima Storm: By using the power stone to it's fullest extent, Ryoma can create a mock army of Tanegashima rifleman to fire down on his opponents, while Ryoma can charge at the enemy and deliver one final slash, resulting in a huge explosion.
Character Background: After Valgas was defeated by Edward Falcon, Ryoma left back to Moon Land to continue his training, keeping his own Power stone. Just in case it was needed. A year has passed, and the Power Stone began acting wierd. So, returning to the altar of gathering, the stone transported him to Quasar, as if to fufill Ryoma's wish of finding a stronger opponent.

Name: Rosette Christopher.

Type: Human/Exorcist.
Weapons: Rosette uses various weapons, including various guns and swords. Guns use Sacred, standard bullets containing Holy Water, and Gospel, bullets with alchemized silver.
Tetragramaton, a gun with high power against demons with low backlash. Besides using guns, she also has special powers as well, using devices like tomes, violins, or dolls.
Powers: Angel Capture Fields, specialized barriers that can repel demons, their power, and other astral based substances.
Soul Dive, an experimental system used to dive into souls.
Special power: Soul-projection. Her soul can expel out of her body to absorb itself in an enemies body, both taking a hold of all the information within them, but can also control their body. But the only backlash to this power is that if any harm comes from the body she is manipulating, her original body is harmed as well.
Character Background: Rosette is an elite exorcist of the Order of Magdalene and goes out on missions to destroy deadly spirits and devils. She had finally rescued her brother Joshua from Aion before she was forcefully ripped from her world.

Weapons: She carries a variety of advanced gadgets from her society with her, with the stranger gadgets hidden in her bikini top.
Powers: Flying and control over electricity.
Special power: She can control her electrical powers to form some sort of chain or whip that she can use as a great offense attack.
Character Background: Lum is royalty and the daughter of the Oni alien Invader and is capable of flying and generating massive electrical discharges. Most of the time, she is very laid back, enjoying the quirks and perks of life on Earth. But she is quick to anger and responds with powerful electric shocks to the person who enraged her. Once the threat passes, Lum reverts to her usual vibrant attitude. Lum is very intelligent, but very naive about life on earth, with a view of the world that's comparable to that of a kindergartener. She was pursuing Ataru in a playful "game" of hide-and-go-seek before she was torn from Earth and taken to this new planet.

Extra info: She has two tiny horns on her upper forehead that, when sprayed with a special solution, can be shaped to resemble barrettes. When these horns are removed (or when specially blessed yellow ribbons are tied around them), her electric and flying abilities disappear and she becomes a regular girl.

Powers: Can find people or destinations through dowsing and accurately read the future through tarot card reading. And she can unwittingly summon pillars of light capable of transporting herself and others to other locations
Special power: Hitomi has the ability of supersonic speed, since she was such a fast runner. She could most possible run so fast that she could stop time altogether, but she hasn't dared to try that, in fear of what could happen and what the consequences of it be.
Character Background: Hitomi had just returned to Earth from Fanelia for an annual reunion with her family and friends with her love, Van Flanel. They were to be married in the coming months, so she wanted to introduce him to her family and to invite them to the glorious wedding. While in the middle of a race with her friend Akane, she tripped over a root and instead of falling, she was pulled from her world and dumped into this one.

Powers: besides superhuman speed and strength, he has the ability to fuese with any and all metal he can find, as well as machines.
Special power: By utilizing all the nanomachines available, he can fire a strong beam of light from his chest, strong enough to puncture a planet if needed.
Character Background: Before Joseph was yanked from his normal life, he was presumably dead. During his battle with Beatrice and Xargin, he was believed to have perished, only to appear within a strange world.

Type: Demon-cat.
Weapons: Her claws, fangs, and fire abilities.
Powers: Her ability to change from a small two-tailed feline into a larger form of herself, able to carry 2-3 people on her back and have fire and flying abilities in this form as well.
Special power: Kirara has now been given the power to change from not only one of her original forms, but into a human as well, continuing to have the same powers of flight and fire she would already have in any other form she possessed, as well as she can understand and talk perfect english.
Character Background: Kirara stays primarily with Sango and aids InuYasha's group in battles against Naraku. And it's been said that she was once the companion of Midoriko, who originally created the Sacred Jewel.

Age: 25 (I think. I‘m Not to sure, but she‘s definitely older than 20.)
Type: Human. Pirate/Mercenary.
Weapons: Her signature weapon is a brace of custom-made stainless steel 9mm Beretta M92F "Sword Cutlass Special" pistols. She can also use a variety of guns.
Powers: Nothing special. She can handle fire arms very well. She’s also very agile and strong.
Special power: She can never run out of ammunition, there is always more in her pockets somewhere.
Character Background Revy was always the one that had problems. When she was younger the police beat her for simply being a poor kid in a bad neighborhood, when she got older she grew to become a greedy mercenary, and now she has turned into a person who will kill anyone she wishes, for no reason at all. While on a mission with the rest of the mercenary group she works with, Revy was teleported to Quasar. Where she traveled with Inuyasha's group until she decided to pursue riches of unknown quantities. After being caught, she was rescued by the same group and she now continues to travel with them.

Weapons: Morphs his automail arm into a sword/knife like thing and uses that to attack people. Also uses what ever's around to fight when it's called for.
Powers: He can preform alchemy with out using a transmutation circle.
Special power: Fullmetal barage- This is basically what happens when you call him short. He basically goes into a full out kill mode and decides to beat the crap out of any one and every one who he deems as wanting their but handed to him. He gets temporary unnatural strength, speed, endurance, and over all power, but he does all so pretty much mindlessly and is exhausted afterwards.
Character Background: Edward was traveling with his brother, Alphonse, in search for the legendary Philosipher's stone. They were so close to getting what they needed in order to regain the old bodies tht they used to have when a portal opened nearby and sucked Ed right in, causing him to fall into a town in Quasar and break the automail of his right arm, so he's pretty much been stuck in town, trying to find some one who can fix his busted arm the way Winry would fix it.

Extra info: Ed (his nickname that his friends call him by) is very picky about certain things. One is he will never, ever willingly drink milk. He hates it with a passion. Another thing is he's quick tempered, especailly about his height. He has a habit of assuming that something some one says about him is making fun of his hight and will immediately get defensive and go on a rampage, kicking any one's butt who may have been calling him short.

Weapons: Backpack, egg-shaped grenade-like capsules that contain any number of things a superhero might need to slow down or stop the bad guys (all dubbed Zap Caps), and anything else he can think up.
Powers: Super intellect
Special power: Instead of getting a new power, Richie gets something he thought he'd never have again; the powers he got from Ragtag, for that short time he called himself Push. However, they're not quite as strong as they had been, meaning persistent, strong attacks could break his shield, he can't pick up anything heavier than a couple tons or so, and things of that nature.
Character Background: After sinking the ship with the Ebon/Hotstreak creature, Gear's hunch proved true; the two of them were still alive. When he and Static weren't busy taking care of the usual crimes in Dakota, he'd be searching any database he could get into, trying to track down the remaining Bang Babies that were still causing trouble, so they could be cured. Hotstreak wasn't exactly hard to keep track of, but he put off capturing him in order to focus on the more dangerous Ebon. This proved to be a mistake, when an apartment building in the city Hotstreak was currently hiding in caught fire... Wanting to make up for his mistake, Gear tracked him down, and was just about to capture him before being ripped to this new world.

Extra info: Sorry girls, Richie is gay; however, he's still in the closet about it. He knows he's gay, he just doesn't want anyone else to know. He can't help but want to avoid disappointing his parents, losing whatever credit he had as a superhero, and encountering tons of awkwardness after keeping it from Virgil for so long... When hit with inspiration, Richie can get lost in his own little world, often leaving others far behind. He'll use a plethora of large words and technical jargon that most people just can't understand, mainly because it's something they just don't hear. He's also near-sighted; not even a superhero is above needing glasses, hence the visor in place of a more traditional mask. Also, here's some snapshots of what Backpack actually looks like:

Type: Metahuman (or "Bang Baby")
Weapons: He doesn't use them.
Powers: Can control fire (knows how to do a lot with it), and is stronger than most people.
Special power: Superheated; boots Hotstreaks power exponentially for a limited period of time, turning his flames blue. Once time's up, however, he'll be almost completely out of power, and more or less useless in a fight.
Character Background: ((Some of this may not make sense if you haven't seen the last episode of Static Shock)) Hotstreak managed to separate himself from Ebon during their last battle with Static and Gear, just before the two of them could drown. Afraid that the streets of Dakota were going to continue to be sprayed with the cure for the "Big Bang" gas, he fled his home, trying to get as far away as possible. He tried to hide who he was, but when you've caused as much trouble as he had without ever wearing a mask, it certainly wasn't easy; especially when you have a super-powered genius on your tail.

Although the show's style of the animation doesn't show it, I've heard Francis has green eyes.
Extra info: Hotstreak is more than a bit of a hot-head (excuse the pun); he's got some pretty big issues. He's the kind of guy that, if he doesn't like a movie he went to the theater to see, will start a rampage, and try to blow it up. When he was younger, he went from bully to gang leader, and had fun every step of the way. If he needs a ride, and likes your wheels, say goodbye to whatever you were driving, be it car or motorcycle. Fortunately for others, though, he's got a big weakness to water; if his flame is doused, he's out. Not just water, either, but anything that can put a fire out, save for wind.

Weapons: Her wits and cybernetic body, as well as a whole arsenal of guns and other weapons.

Special power: Inner Darkness: A power to where she can create and control the darkness and shadows that are around her. Her powers are more powerful at night or in dark or shaded areas.
Character Background: Motoko was a cyborg in the employ of "Public Security Section 9", a fictional division of the real Japanese National Public Safety Commission, as the squad leader. as a young child Kusanagi was involved in a plane crash, the only other survivor of which was Hideo Kuze who later became a member of the "Individual Eleven". After spending an undefined period of time in a coma Kusanagi's ghost was transferred into a fully cybernetic body, presumably without her prior consent. After this she visited Hideo Kuze in hospital since he was still paralysed from the injuries he had suffered in the crash and eventually convinced him to undergo the cyberisation procedure himself.

Extra info: Since she has a full cybernetic body, she is not certain her ghost, or her soul, retains any humanity. In fact, she speculates on the possibility that she's entirely synthetic, with artificially generated memories designed to fool her into thinking she was once human.

Background: Inuyasha was enjoying the travels and new sights from the worlds he was now able to visit, and was on his way back to his world and era when he heard about a attack on a village, he went to investigate and found out what had happened, he then went to try to save the girls and ended up running into this new group.

Weapons: An energy pistol, retractable spikes on the knuckles of his gloves, two daggers (one hidden in each boot), sword with a monkey design etched on it, Warlord Sword, Monkey Staff, Reversing Mirror, Changing Chopsticks, Serpent's Tail, two Jack-Bots, and a time-controlling watch.
Powers: A few powers, mainly of the elements earth, ice, fire, and electricity. Some limited time control (the more powerful or frequent the use, the sooner and longer the watch will need to recharge).
Special power: Can have a spirit enter his body, and will have complete control over all of its powers. He didn't learn this yet, as the first time he was in Quasar he was only possessed by one spirit that he believed to be much stronger than himself.
Character Background: When Jack, Chase, Kimiko, and Nina returned to his world, it actually took them quite a while to find any signs of life. Hannibal had enslaved or destroyed nearly everyone on the face of the planet. Eventually, however, they had finally found a rebel camp in an ancient forest, where they met up with the other monks from the temple. After a few years of fighting against Bean's forces, the sword he took with him from the battle with the Warlord started to react to something. Thinking that one of the other swords could have gone active, he returned to Quasar, intent on tracking the new Warlord down and either recruiting him for the fight against Hannibal Bean, or simply killing him and taking the sword.

Extra info: During his time back in his own world, Jack's confidence has grown exponentially. He no longer cares if what he does is good or evil; he just does what he wants, and if anybody doesn't like it, he'll remind them that he's been saying to everyone that he was evil since he was seven. Thanks to all the serious battles he's been in since he was seventeen, he has turned into a much better warrior, relying more on stealth and speed when the robots are eliminated. Knowing that there were too few troops to send many people through, he unfortunately had to leave Nina behind. Jack's not worried about her though; her control of her magic has grown almost as much as his confidence. He will miss her much, however.

Extra info: She has a bright, cheerful disposition almost all the time, but can often get upset easily and pouts until she gets what she wants. She also has a bad habit of getting lost which is why she'll never be with out one of her parents or god parents.

Weapons: Some how gets a sword when transforms, uses it's teeth and claws when it needs to fight
Powers: Same powers as a normal nine-tailed fox demon
Special power: Shippo has an unusual ability to transform when he's mad or upset. When he fights (and this is actual fighting) he turns while in color and wears a mask. (X) And when he's helping to search for something or some one he again turns white with red streaks on his body and becomes more lean. (X)
Character Background: Shippo was a summon to Naruto and just a little baby when he was first summoned and given to his master, Oomizu. Now that he's gotten to know his master now he follows her around and is very rarely away from her side. He is ven slowly learning how to communicate with humans since the only one that can understand him is Oomizu.

Extra info: Even though he's just a little cub, Shippo is still very protective of his owner Oomizu and her parents, Link and Kikyo, or her godparents, Jack and Nina, and gets very upset when something happens. Some times his mood seems to be directly linked to Oomizu's.
