3. Pics are allowed as long as they arnt dirty ones. If your in doubt Use Photobucket pictures. Gaia put the link in there for a reason so why the heck not use it. IF your still in doubt PM me the image and ill tell ya a straight yes or no on it.
4. Swearing is allowed to some extent. Use restraint on the words dont make it a habit and use these words on every sentence. once every now and then is ok since we pretty much hear these words since we are a very young age. and the whole freedom of speech and what not...
5. No advertising.
6. No begging for stuff like your life.
7. The powers are limited to what your anime character can have. and you are only allowed ONE special power that you made up. ONLY ONE. and it cant have a instant kill thing. If your married or dating, then you can create 2 extra powers that can only be used when your with your mate.
8. ABSOLUTELY NO GOD MODE Everyone has limits even anime characters. They can all die so and they all get tired. Dont let the Warlord catch you trying to be a GOD or he will have to correct you on your mistakes.
9. Forbidden powers are immortality, and anything that causes instant death.
10. No Power stealing * if someone calls their power blue storm, you cannot choose that name for your powers.*
11. You can combine powers with your wife, husband, BF, GF, or even your friends. This makes you stronger
12. The Warlord Decides when your character has recived too much punishment and dispatches his soldiers of death to collect your soul. all you got to do is just fight.
13. Revival is possible however you need to have a BF/GF or Wife/Husband to do this partner to do this. *only one is allowed*

A time of peace has settled in the world of Quasar, People Prospered, Demons seemed to be at peace with Humans, Food is plentiful, and no wars existed. Kingdoms increased in size and the population of the planet surged!
Then came a time when a dark powerful warlord came into the picture. Bored with the peaceful time, he recruited a small mercenary group to wreak havoc on villages to start some sort of uproar. Anything to him is better then the same boring peace he had to live with for the past 180 years.
His wishes came true when War broke out after 650 years of peace. He quickly took power of a major portion of the Quasar World making his army unstoppable. The planet was forced to follow every whim he wished upon them. Killing all that refused or rebelled. He had no room for no one that wasn't loyal. He made sure his mercenaries took care of them all and none remained alive after 30 years.
But
After all the rebels and all the surprise attacks were over.... he was still left with peace. It may of not been the same loving peace as 700 years ago, but it was a peace....that started to bore the Warlord again.
He made a decision! His people are too afraid to stand up against him and give him some action... but what about those that dont know about him about his reign about his wrath about his terror? They would surly bring him some pleasure as they brought up arms against him and rebelled his rule would they not? So he used his dark power..... his power which destroyed so many lives.... To RIP OPEN portals in random space and pull whoever was on the other side of these portals to his world!
It was successful every time.... and there came cases when he would pull more then one person through his portals. Each time he pulled a person through he gave them the same message.

Powers: Without his armor, he has telekinetic powers, as well as telepathy, and his angelic wings. However, thanks to the wormhole, he has now bonded with his armor, causing him to be almost unstoppable. With his armor, he can sprout dragon wings, eject a sword from his right palm, able to breath fire, and can also shoot claws from his hands.
Special power: His armor can convert into a dragon which he can either ride, or use in a fight. Also, he is able to summon storm clouds, which can shoot down strong energy bolts the size of mountains.
Character Background: Before Dilandau was taken to Quasar, he was searching for the legendary Alseides armor. The armor that could defeat the god of the heavens, Escaflowne. When he finally found the armor, Dilandau hopped inside of it, and hoped to become it's pilot. However, a wormhole opened up, and absorbed the Alseides armor, and Dilandau with it. Now, the Alseides armor and the Escaflowne armor is bound to him like a normal suit of armor, but more like a second skin.

He is short (because of his age) and has white hair, which tends to draw attention in the human world. He wears standard captain's clothing without any accessories; however, he is the only shinigami that carries his zanpakutō on his back aside from Ichigo Kurosaki, whose zanpakutō necessitates such a style. Hitsugaya's short stature and the blade's length may explain the similar style. His sheath dissolves whenever he draws his sword. Hitsugaya is generally mature and serious. Hitsugaya is easily annoyed when anyone (especially Momo Hinamori) refers to him by anything other than his title, Captain Hitsugaya. Like whitey.

Firstly he can utilize the Evil Eye (Jagan), a power which allows him to make anyone he makes eye contact with watch a one minute long illusion, though it can only be used a maximum of three times per day. It should be noted that Ban never uses his illusion of the Evil Eye/Jagan to defeat his opponents but rather uses it to get back a client's memory or to complete the objective of his job. His second ability, and more important power is the Snakebite. Because of his being a direct descendant of the Witch clan and being born under the star of Asclepius, he possesses incredible superhuman strength, which gives him a gripping force of 200 kgf (2 kN) in each hand.
Special power: "TIme Phase" Ban stops time completely and is able to move around freely and anyone who is in contact with him get phased too. He can't move our hurt any one that is stuck back in time. But to the people who didn't get phased it just looks like he disappeared. Ban can only hold it for 15-20 minutes but if he goes over 30 it hurts his body horrible. Ban can only do this power once every three days.
Character Background: Ban was part of a team that gets things back to people no matter the cost In the GB duo, he's often the one who thinks of plans for their moves. Initially, Ginji Amano was seen to be a sidekick to him. (In fact, when they first formed their partnership, Ban insisted that Ginji was only his sidekick.) Ban was warped while he was in an interview with a client when a portal opened up and as he sat down he fell into the portal.

Character Background: Sasori's parents died when he was young, so he went to live with his grandmother. She was the one who taught him how to use chakra strings to control puppets, and how to use them in battle. When he failed at making puppets of his parents, he left the village and joined the Akatsuki. Years later in a battle Sasori's parent puppets stabbed him in the container that held his heart, he knew he was going to die. As he started to go into the light he realized that he was going into another world.

Character Background: Largo and his friend Piro had gone to Tokyo and gottn stuck there because they had bought one way tickets and blown all their money at a convention. Since Piro was the only the only one of the 2 who could speak Japanese, he was at work while Largo was causing mayhem. He was busy destroying a local video game area when he got sucked in.
