ggn subforums
------------------------------- official word is that subforums for the ggn are scheduled to come out later this month.. once they do, we will have to use guild funds to create them. the prices for each subforum are still undetermined.
what do u think about us using them to organize our guild? so far, we've survived with including tags in our threads' titles. do u think we need to seaprate the different categories in some way? ie: shoppes, museums, games, toots, jams, games
to change or not to change, that is the question posed in this discussion thread. please let ur ideas b heard. if need be, options n suggestions will b listed up here.-------------------------------

current subforum options - in no particular order
----------------------------------------------------
- contests - announcing n holding contests, links to contests n forum
- editing help - tutorials, tools, links, crits
- entertainment - edit games, jams, word games (?)
- picture post - artwork, photos, etc

we probly wont need many subforums if any.. which is good, cuz then we can minimize guild fund spending. with guilds costing 20k to begin with, i cant fathom subforums costing any more than mebbe 5k in guild gold.
i actually like the way our guild is set up for now.. the way we can see all the action n news in one centralized forum. lets face it, there really isnt so much traffic that we get lost in here. hmmm... id at least like to see all museums and/or shoppes stay in the main forum.
mayhaps we can separate all avatar help sections? our tootorialz n tools listings n such, as well as comments n criticisms?
i dunno if we have enough games/jams/challenges to take up an entire new subforum.. unless we start up little wordgames n such to play in case any of us get bored?

Here's a suggestion:
Contest Subforum - For announcing, holding, and notifying users of AE contests.
Also, maybe a subforum for artwork related threads (non-AE) - discussions, galleries etc.

We could seperate off into a Tutorials, Tools, and Comment & Crit subforum - Maybe a HELP forum?
