GENERAL 1 ) Follow the Gaia ToS. 2 ) Don't spam the thread by mass bumping, please. One or two is fine. 3 ) Listen to the staff! 4 ) Be nice and cordial to one another, and refrain from arguing in the thread. If a fight breaks out, please take it to IMs or PMs. 5 ) No Trolling / general meanness / harassment. If anyone is caught doing so, either in the thread or through PMs, you will be banned from the thread and your student will be taken away. NO refunds will be given. You will also be Blacklisted, and in serious cases, be reported to a mod. 6 ) Do not steal the artists' art works. 7 ) Don't PM artists or staff, unless you were told to do so. PMs are only to be sent to the mule account, unless the staff member allows it to be sent to his/her own account. If this rule is broken, you will be automatically put on the blacklist. 8 ) Read the entire front page! If you break a rule, you will be greylisted/blacklisted.
ROLEPLAYING 1 ) Do not God mode or roleplay characters belong to others. 2 ) You must roleplay at least twice a month. Either long paragraphs or just a regular roleplay. 4 ) Do not cross the boundary in RP. Things such as bullying are not tolerated as your students might be expelled from the school! 5 ) If you are going on hiatus, please post in the hiatus thread in the guild. We understand that you have a real life, so we like to keep that in mind too. 6 ) There is to be no cybering. If you want to do things above gaia TOS, go do it over AIM or any other Instant Messenger system. You will be automatically banned from the shop and guild if you are caught cybering in the thread or guild, aka Blacklisted. You must obey the pg-13 setting of Gaia-online, and its TOS. That means, nothing above kissing and holding of hands between couples. 7 ) When People are roleplaying, please put OOC speech in brackets, such as {} or [] or ()... 8 ) Up to 2 flatsale students per person and 1 student from auctions. If you are a frequent roleplayer, you might be able to get more students.
FLATSALE 1 ) Respect the judges' decision. Please do not use ' gonk ' or ' crying ' emoticons or complain if you did not win. 2 ) Please pay up 18k if you win, within 24 hours. If you fail to do so, then your win will be forfeited and given to someone else. If you do not respond to your win within 24 hours, your win will be forfeited. 3 ) If the entries are to be posted in the flatsale thread itself, refrain from flaming and criticising the works of others. 4 ) NO REFUNDS. If you are banned from the shop because of you breaking the rules you are not entitled to a refund. We don't care whose fault it is. You broke the rules like an idiot, so you get no refunds.
AUCTIONS 1 ) Bid only what you have. 2 ) Tally up your own bids, unless the host says otherwise. 3 ) Do not complain if you do not win. There will be other chances for you to get a child. 4 ) We go by tektek (www.tektek.org). If the price listed is not accurate, tell us and we'll use the lowest market price. 5 ) No refunds, period. If you are banned from the shop because of you breaking the rules you are not entitled to a refund. We don't care whose fault it is. You broke the rules like an idiot, so you get no refunds. 6 ) No discussing of funds. It discourages people from bidding.

PROLOGUE: REGISTRATION
You will be sorted into classes, but school had not started yet. You can go around the campus to meet your classmates though, and maybe even take a peek into the avaliable clubs.
STAGE ONE: FIRST YEAR FRESHMAN [Normal] Full body picture of character in school uniform [Scholarship] Full body picture of character in home clothes 'uniform'
From Ouran's Junior High School, you had just entered into its High School sector. Most of the pupils in your class had been with you ever since Kindergarten, since you already know the ranking system in this academy.
A class of students with the equal family lineage, and with the same range when it comes to school grades, will soon find that they'll be in the same class, year after year.
If you're in Class A, look around for the commoner! Or are you the commoner in question?
Apart from studying for exams, and planning class activities for festivals, you will be required to join a club. You can start up a club of your own, but that means you will need at least 3 supporters before submitting in an application, or proposal, to the chairman of the school. If the idea is approved, you will need to keep the club afloat in terms of popularity and funds or it must be disbanded.
The school anniversary is also an important event. This occasion, unlike the light-hearted events of Halloween or Christmas, is a serious affair for you. You would need to come up with proposals for the festivities, and your parents would judge them, based on your performance and execution of your proposals.
This is a test of sorts for you, and your parents would most probably take this opportunity to consider their successors to the family businesses / careers.
STAGE TWO: SECOND YEAR STUDENT Club Uniform/ Home Clothes
After promotion day, you're now an official senior to the freshman! The school will not tolerate any form of bullying though, so you might be kicked out of the school as punishment. Most probably, you'll still be in the same class with the same classmates as the previous year.
The freshman will address you in your last name, followed by 'senpai', or 'senior'. After all, calling you by your first name is considered an act of rudeness... Unless you've granted them permission to.
If you're a Class A student, is that commoner still there or had he / she been demoted to Class D? Or if you are the commoner, what had happened?
As for club activities, you should be really active by now... Or had you jumped ship to join something else? Either way, be sure to join something you like! You will not be permitted to jump ship when you're in Third Year of High School.
Remember that if you're the founder of the club, you'll need to work extra hard to maintain it. All those club festivals will be managed by your club's committee, so pick wisely. Inter-club competitions will also be introduced and open for participation to you, now that you're a senior.
Oh, and the school anniversary again... Now that you're older, your parents expect more from you, so remember to work with both your class and your club to evaluate your projects!
STAGE THREE: THIRD YEAR SENIOR Club Uniform
Your last promotion day! How does it feel to be old? Everyone addresses you as 'senpai' or 'senior' now, and you must be getting ready for graduation day... And the school anniversary before that. After graduation, you'll most probably be learning the ropes on handling the family business, so this is your last chance to prove your worth to your parents!
Work hard with your class and club to ensure that nothing goes wrong! The bigger the event, the better the impression. The less slip-ups, the better, and the greater chances of you becoming the family business' successor.
If you're a commoner, you'll have to help out as well. It's part of the whole class and club spirit! After all, unless your club had been disbanded, changing clubs in your Third Year is highly out of the question!
STAGE FOUR: GRADUATION Full body picture of character in clothes worn on Prom Night
Congratulations on your graduation! You're now out of Ouran Academy, having spent your time there ever since kindergarten. Now, you might want to find yourself a good college and further your studies. If you're the successor to your family's business, you might even want to base your subject of study off that.
If you're not the successor, your help would also be greatly appreciated and needed. Thus, furthering your studies might be a good idea as well.
STAGE FIVE: ADULT
Everyone will reach this stage at the same time, like when they were in school. They will look about 20, 2 years after graduation when they were 18.
All kids grow up, and these kids are no different. They will grow up to be young men and women, hopefully ready to start work in the world. They will slowly gain work experience, maybe even earn a little money in the process... Or a lot.
They might even marry and start a family of their own! Maybe they were already engaged, with a fiancee since High School days. Who knows?
STAGE SIX: IN BUSINESS (Only Available through dedicated Roleplaying)
Wow, is that a business suit that you're wearing? All grown up as well! Looks like those years of studying, and school anniversary planning helped you win your parent's trust in you.
If you're helping out at the company, it's still a big job! Keep up all that good work.

Clubs are one of the main things in RP, so try to join one as fast as possible in Year 1. It'll be fun, but every club is different, so I do hope that you'll choose wisely. Although you can choose to switch clubs, you can only do so up to Year 2. By Year 3, you must stay within that club unless your current club was disbanded.
NUMBER OF CLUBS
One club per 7 students in school. If there are 40 students, there can only be 5 clubs in total.
CLUB COMMUNITY
One Founder / President Up to Two Vice-President One Treasurer
FORMING A CLUB 1] Form a group that consists of a total of at least 3 people who are in favour of joining the club. This step requires some form of RP, with the 'founder' gathering up interested parties. 2] Fill in an application form found in the office, and drop it into the 'Club Application Box' found in the same area. If the 'Cub Application Box' is closed, it means that no new club ideas will be accepted. (These will be found in a thread in the guild. Filling in form and dopping it off will all be OOC!) 3] Wait for the staff to access your form and decide if they should allow the setting up of that club. The decision will be made, and the RPer will be notified, normally through RP and a PM. 4] If the idea was rejected, you may feel free to resubmit it after some adjustments for the club to be reconsidered... Or talk your way through in RP.

Most, if not all, characters will be given out via RP flatsales. This means a possible character sheet and a prompt, will be given. Some times, we will hold 'Concept Flatsales' that will test one's character concept making skills.
Read this entire post to further understand this.
