History: Born in Osaka, Japan, Ryuuhoti was raised up by his father, famed chief Takumi Wasutori. At the age of five Ryuuhoti was put in an all boys school, in which he excelled in every field but his elective. Ironically the elective was home economics (aka: cooking). This made his father very upset. Ryuuhoti dropped out of the elective and was taught home economics rigorously at his home. As well as having to keep up with his normal school studies Ryuuhoti was grown up as an organized and well knowledgeable man.
At age sixteen when Ryuuhoti was enrolled in Ouran Academy his father died of lung cancer. While this put Ryuuhoti into emotional despair he continued to excel in his classes. At seventeen he was transferred from 1B into 1A. By twenty he graduated from the Academy to continue his father's legacy.
Thanks to the inheritance he received at age eighteen from his father, Ryuuhoti was able to continue his father's legacy, with the Wasutori Restaurant. Not only it was one of the best restaurants in Osaka but it also established a second link to Ouran Academy, by supplying them his recipes, which they use for their lunch.
Seventeen years before Tarii's birth Ryuuhoti flew to America were he appeared on a morning news channel. That's when he met Rena Fernidi. After the newscast he invited Rena to dinner at any restaurant of her choice. After the dinner the two stayed in America for another two months together, until Ryuuhoti asked Rena to marry him. She agreed and they flew back to Osaka together, were they wed.
Rena Wasutori:

History: Rena Wasutori, formally known as Rena Fernidi, was born in in London, England. While she was born in England her family was originally from France, hence why her last name sounds so French. She was enrolled in an all girls boarding school, until she was around seventeen. At that time she was a senior in high school and only four months until she graduated with a diploma she dropped out. While her parents were outraged she explained to them that her true passion was modeling.
The young Rena modeled in various places around London, when a representative from the famous England clothes brand: Viyella. He asked her if she could come to model for their new autumn lineup and she agreed. Within several months she was a well renowned European super model.
About a couple years later, before Tarii was born, Rena went over to America where she gave quite blunt beauty tips on a morning news channel. That's when she met what would soon be her future husband.

History Courageous, brave hearted and just a little bit cowardly, Tarii is a strong-headed girl with hidden attitude. Born into the Wasutori family she has always been told that she would have to follow in her father's footsteps as a culinary chief. Normally a boy would be the suitable heir, but after Tarii's birth her mother told her father that she refused to have another child since she wanted a girl anyways. Beaten he was forced to accept the fact that Tarii was his only heir and the one that would continue his legacy. Though this does not mean he doesn't love her.
When Tarii was seven her father wanted her to go to a commoner culinary school to learn the basics of cooking. While Tarii didn't mind doing so things did not apparently work out as planned. In the school she was ridiculed by both boys and girls who continuously told her to leave the school, saying that she didn't belong with them. Anyone else that didn't tease her was being overly nice to her. She had suspicions that they were just sucking-up to her so that they could probably be her friend and then get more popular among richer people.
But being in commoner school for a while taught her one thing. How to be cunning. She developed a split side that she would only use when she wanted to 'get even' with someone. When teachers talked with her mother and father about her pranks her mother simply stated that Tarii was bipolar. The teachers easily disagreed with this matter; as Tarii could control her personality changes. It was simple child play and they demanded that she would stop.
After that Tarii continued to do her pranks, but only did them secretly when no one was watching. Everyone blamed various pranks on her and she denied all claims. The teachers having no proof had to deny the other students allegations. This caused students to ridicule her more.
When the first year finished she begged her father to take her out of the school. He recommended she would start off at the lower branch at the Ouran Academy, but her mother suggested otherwise saying that she should just be home schooled. Tarii willing took her mother's side and they hired a tutor for her. His name was Alec Wendler, an American scholar who was hired to tutor her in Japan.
Since her father was always busy with his restaurant and her mother was usually outside in the city Alec was the only person Tarii had to talked to, and possibly her first friend. She was tutored by him until she was 15. Her father then enrolled her in Ouran Junior High, so that she could get a glimpse at the type of school she would soon be going to. Honestly she did not entitle a bright future in her eyes. The Junior High School was not as bad as the commoner school she went to, but she hated how everyone still acted so snobby and proud.
Again her mother suggested to put her back into home-schooling, but this time when her father disagreed Tarii took his side. She learned from Alec that she had to be more outgoing and meet new people. Or else she would never be able to follow her father's footsteps like both he and her wanted.
Now she is contemplating whether she made the right decision or not.

Takara Mitsuko, 2A: Mitsuko is one of the more clumsier girls she met so far in Ouran but that doesn't stop Tarii from finding her as a reliable source of irony (a doctor-to-be that causes accidents). Though she finds the girl overall to be somewhat annoying and constantly bubbly Tarii can't help but wonder if Mitsuko is covering up something by being so happy all the time.
Tamura Miho, 2B: Miho seems to be the most shiest and overall paranoid person she ever met in her life. Though the two have barely talked she doubts that they are on good terms seeing as she tried to assert Miho in a way tat she didn't approve of. Yet she wouldn't mind becoming Miho's friend, at least in Miho's eyes at least.
Toshiro Roka, 2A: Since their meeting on the first day of Ouran High School she stills finds the male to be somewhat of a mystery to her. During their first meeting Roka even though she painfully gave her last name to the male she never actually received his last name. In fact he looked quite distraught when he was asked his name. It was only later by looking it up on a registry list that she found his last name.
Kimura Satu, 2B: Satu is most likely her best friend so far as Ouran High School goes. He seems quiet and shy most of the time yet he seems to be much more outgoing as the conversation moves along. Though she seems a bit unnerved when he apologizes or smiles for that matter for no absolute reason. She understands it in business conferences but she wonders exactly how he is outside of his usual mask. Like usual, she can't help but wonder if he's hiding something from her.

 Nakamura Mazuka, Head Maid, 26.Mazuka is the head maid of the Wasutori mansion, and the youngest full-time maid working. Due to her age and mostly care-free attitude Mazuka has easily befriended Tarii for quite a few years. Unfortunately due to this attitude Mazuka tends to be very lazy unless inspired to work hard. Currently she has been working at the mansion for three years and has been using the money to pay off college and acting lessons, aspiring to be a Broadway star. She tends to call Tarii by her middle name, Karin, when the two are alone, but otherwise is forced to address the rich kid by her surname as a sign of respect. Her voice is also accented with a light Osaka accent, and she commonly wears contacts--especially that of her favorite color- purple.  Inoue Sofiya (Baba), Piano Teacher and World Historian, 65.Baba, as Tarii has to usually address her, is the ruthless piano teacher of everyones nightmares. She does not accept any form of daydreaming during lessons and any unexpected mistake is met with physical discipline with a smack on the fingers with her black cane. Born in Kyoto with both Russian and Japanese descent she tends to have more of a stricter culture in her veins. She is rarely soft with anyone, excluding her precious niece Klara.  Wendler Alec, Scholar and Tutor, 29Alec was Tarii's tutor and home school teacher before she enrolled in Ouran. She enjoyed his company and thought of him to be an older brother. He left for America a while after tutoring her and she has not seen him since. She still thanks him however for giving her some small form of courage.
