Ugh...people who don't know when to shut up.

Yeah, so I went to go see Twilight...the tweens there would not shut up. I don't mean to accuse any particular age group, but seriously. Grow up, shut up, and watch the movie. They talked incessently, and during the parts that weren't funny (i.e. watching characters writhe in pain,) they would not stop laughing. Thought I'd have to kill them all. Seriously, it's like just let the rest of us enjoy the movie in peace, huh? I don't mean when you lean to whisper a comment to a friend occasionally, or anything, but the non-stop talking and texting on the stupid cell phone was just too much.

If it's possible, try to go to the movie again during a school day anywhere from like 10 to 2. That eliminates the kiddies, but not the worst group I encountered...

Middle aged women. Not even joking. The 2nd time I went, the showing was sold out and the ushers were trying to move everyone over a little (not like, across the section, just over one to two seats) so other people could sit down. There was a group of about six to seven women ranging from their early 30s to mid 40s (with no children, not that it really matters) and they had some spaces "saved" and refused to move over, even though it was almost 7 and time for the previews and stuff to start. No one ended up showing for them either.

And later, they would laugh at parts that weren't funny and just be generally annoying. There was one part where I considered kicking the back of their seats.

Seriously, I understand that some teenies/kids can tend to get annoying as they aren't really thinking about other people, just themselves. I would think middle aged women would know better. It's probably versions of the kids you were annoyed with but all grown up gonk

I saw it at midnight and it was ridiculous how much screaming happened... The second Edward appeared the whole theatre was screeching. It was annoying. I'm planning to see it again in a few weeks, and I bet by then the fanatics will be calmed down. ...I hope.

I'll be the first to admit that I was laughing through most of the movie. I couldn't get over the restuarant scene with the guy thinking about his cat. XDDD And the sound effects that went along with the sparkling of his skin. And I sang along during the baseball scene. Only because it's my favorite Muse song. ^^ Thankfully, there were not a lot of people in the theatre.

That's why my friend and I sat near the front and away from other people, so we could laugh and make comments without getting 'the glare'.
I mean, we weren't talking the whole time nor texting, but sometimes our laughing got a bit out of hand.
I do agree, though, that constantly talking and texting during any movie is disrespectful. Bitches better not do that on July 17th, or there'll be hell to pay.

The first time I saw it, I was really pissed about that, too.
I saw it with all the 12 year olds, apparently, and I got seriously pissed as well.

I have very low standards in that field though, because my friend simply cannot stop talking. Im thrilled that I managed to get her to turn her cell phone off...

I'm so lucky I didn't have this problem.

yea i didn't have that kind of problem...even though the theater was pretty packed...then again i wasn't paying too close attention because I was so fixated on the movie...

Although I will admist that I would quietly giggle to myself every once in a while...but i was in control!

Unfortunately, my aunt wasn't so nice...she is very critical and she wouldn't keep quiet throuought the movie

Totally did that. I feel bad about it... only not. My sister, friend and I were the only ones in there who had apparently read the book. We were the only ones who laughed at the part at the end where Edward flips the apple up, and makes the cover of Twilight. It's like no one there had read the book! Seriously, you wouldn't get half the movie if you haven't read the book.

Spoiler in white.

We all laughed when they were making food when Bella first went to the house. xd

Most of my theater was good, except for these three girls behind me. Trust me to find the worst seats in the whole theater. I wanted to turn around and slap them for giggling everytime Robert Pattinson came into the scene. Luckilly, with the help of my friends, I was able to restrain myself.
