Has anyone else been keeping up with Watase's newest serial, Arata Kangatari? I know it's shonen (or seinen, I don't remember which), but I find it just as interesting as her shojo works. There's already 8 chapters out, since it's a weekly serial (which I'm pretty sure is a first for Watase).

corrected. remember Padora's Cube, or something like that. 8D first shounen.

I'm reading it right now. it seems nice and decent soo far. it's kinda reminding me of a guy version of Fushigi Yugi. 8D

I'm reading the series too now...I like how she's making shonen more. the storyline's good too.

Viz Media has licensed Arata Kangatari already for their new Shonen Sunday imprint!! : D No word on the first volume, but the first chapter is available on the website starting today!! Oh, and they're calling it Arata: The Legend now. ;]
