Each DF will start with 20 points. When you post an attack roll two 4 sided dice. the first is to see if it hit. [For pups 4 is the only hit, for children 3 or 4 is a hit, for adults 2-4 are hits, and for elders their attacks hit as long as they are not attacking another elder. For and elder attacking an elder it's 2-4 that are hits and 1 is a miss.] The second 4 sided dice is to determine how many points your DF took of another's hit points. Elders may roll 2 4-sided dice if they are attacking anything lesser than an elder. I'll make an example in my next post!)
Bayushi was in a terrible mood. It'd been a few days since he'd last eaten anything substantial and it was making him highly irritable. he growled outwardly at nothing but the wind. He looked around for any signs of an animal passing through but he couldn't find anything. He whimpered frustrated to himself and figured he'd eat anything at this point. Even another dragonfly if he had to. No... not eat them... just sink his jaws into their flesh to tide him over until he could find something more suited for chewing. If anything was certain for him in this moment, it was that even if he couldn't kill to eat, fighting and killing would surely take his mind off the hunger.
